Overall the service provided by Manning Stainton Crossgates branch was average. Sometimes they were slow to react to phone calls/emails. Tyler seemed to be very busy, and we rarely spoke to anyone else. Maybe they have too many houses on their books? Having said this, they sold our house 😀 Special mention must go to Gemma and Rochelle, the Move Managers, who were amazing. Very proactive, friendly, and great at sorting out the problems/stresses associated with buying a house. They are also dealing with our onward purchase, and I've every confidence they'll guide us through to completion asap!

They are a very friendly bunch of people and answered the phone and any queries very promptly.
I dealt with Dale at the beginning of the sale process, she is a lovely lady.
Then once our house sold I was passed to Joanne.
She has been a great help, chasing solicitors for updates, and keeping me informed at least once a week of how the sale was progressing.
She is very nice and a pleasure to do business with.

Manning Stainton's team went the extra mile in progressing the move which was challenging at times and got it across the line. Their Move Manager, Joanne, and Conveyancing lead, Stevie, were particularly instrumental in providing hands-on support to get the job done.

From day one all went very well up to the day of exchange. If any queries were asked of Manning by myself they were very quickly dealt with. A big shout out to Leslie,Natalie and Lisa whom kept us updated throughout the process of selling our home.
