Olivia from Mannings Headingley was awesome. She facilitated the second viewing of our house, and helped us negotiate with the seller. She was very friendly and accomodating and we were very looked after thankyou !

Hannah Lund and the team in Headingley were brilliant throughout the whole sales process.
Hannah was in constant contact with me and indeed the buyer which led to a very successful outcome indeed.

Olivia at the Headingley branch has been fantastic at communicating with me during the process and kept me updated throughout. Helped make a stressful time much easier!

We received guidance, support and information through out our sale. We believe that this was an amazing service for us.

Amy, Gemma and Rochelle from the actual beginning to the completion of the sale they have been nothing but courteous, kind , and caring ,nothing is too small or large for them to handle ,they will sort everything out for you,I couldn't have asked for a nicer team for the sale of my father's home.
So understanding of my situation of selling the family home.
I have used Manning and Stainton for many properties they are my go to estate agents, thank you very much for all you have done, from the valuation to the cleaning and decorating contractors, and sale.

We sold our house through Manning Stainton and would definitely recommend them as an estate agent. They handled the sale professionally and efficiently. Although our buyers took longer than expected, Charlotte Poutney was fantastic in managing the process, which was already a stressful time and I felt confident in her handling of everything. They were always responsive and kept good communication with both the buyers and ourselves as the sellers.

Olivia was excellent throughout the house sale, always keeping us up to date and advising us on what the next steps were. As a first time buyer I greatly appreciated Olivia’s commitment to keeping us up dated on where the house purchase was. She was very supportive and allowed us to view the property on several occasions as well as allowing trades people access to the property to provide us quotes.

Amazing service from Charlotte at the Headingley branch. Thank you Charlotte for all your hard work in securing our house purchase. We love our new house and a lot of that is down to your hard work.

We have sold two houses with Manning Stainton and have been very satisfied with how the sales were handled. Charlotte Poutney was patient and professional throughout and despite being caught up.in protracted negotiations remained tactful and sympathetic to both ourselves at the buyer. Charlotte is a brilliant representative of this estate agent and we would be happy to use them again in the future.

MS Headingley took on our house sale late Spring 2025
Team led by Amy, very professional and the house and portfolio was all laid out in the best presentation possible.
As we know currently tough times/tough years for the housing market
A good team showed clients round and eventually through the office manager Jenny, negotiations started. Needing a bit of grit and determination and embracing a down to earth attitude, she got us across the line! Backed by Charlotte among others the deal was completed and we are now moved.
Thanks to all the team and cheers over a glass of wine !🥂

Manning Stainton sold my house in February 2025. The support I received from my move manager Charlotte Poutney was exceptional. She did everything in her power to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. She kept me updated and went above and beyond to chase involved parties to ensure things kept moving forward even when it got challenging. I would completely recommend the service from the team.

We used Manning Stainton in Headingley, we had various people involved in our sale but have to say the person who stood out for us was JENNY.
Jenny was great to deal with, very professional, always came back to us when we had queries & had a great understanding of the potential pressures on clients involved in the selling process. Nothing was too much trouble for her & we would highly recommend Jenny to anyone wishing to sell/buy with Manning Stainton. Thanks Jenny, carry on the good work.

I have used Manning Stainton as both managing agents for a tennanted flat and then for the subsequent sale of the flat. I found them to be professional and responsive to enquiries. Jenny was really helpful in getting my sale over the line
