Happy first time buyer
Very happy with the purchase of my first home. First viewing the first week of September and picked the keys up the last week of November 2024. Thank you to Manning Stainton Horsforth for being supportive with first viewing, a second viewing prior to submitting an offer and being accepted the same day and a third viewing to measure up. This experience felt smooth for myself, Kyle in branch was fantastic then handing over to Lesley who worked efficiently and I felt guided, great communication via phone and email in an impressive timely manner. If I come to sell my house one day I feel I’ll be back in touch with the office.
All the best and thank you again. The hamper on collection of the keys was a lovely touch and I’ve used the ao.com gift card.

House sale
We recently sold our house with Manning Stainton and our experiences with them are nothing but positive. They understood our needs regards selling our house in the shortest timescale possible. (We needed the sale to fund my mother's care in a home.) Sarah, who initially liaised with us, sympathised with our situation and set up a group viewing within days of us signing the necessary agreements. We managed to sell on the first round of viewings and Manning Stainton advised us to accept an offer over and above our original asking price. Once in the hands of the solicitors, our designated agent, Lesley, kept us informed all the way through the process. Lesley was very supportive and managed any further negotiations between us and the buyer, efficiently and professionally. Lesley's experience and knowledge supported us all the way through, and we successfully completed the sale recently. We would highly recommend using Manning Stainton for buying and selling your house.
