I just sold my house with MS - Pudsey branch.

The branch owner was friendly when he came to do the valuation and had clearly done his research on the property and the area.

The valuation was lower than another company gave. I actually went with the higher valuation and got the asking price so this may be something to hold in mind.

The sales team were always friendly, however the sales process was a bit chaotic initially with regards how viewings were booked in and facilitated, with accompanied viewings not always offered/possible. MS did respond promptly to a complaint about this and streamlined the process which I appreciated.

Our sales progression was expertly handled by Megan, she was really proactive in following up both sets of solicitors when things stalled. She was always helpful and friendly and navigated communication between us and the buyers well. Really appreciate all her input in finalising the sale - thank you.

I can highly recommend this company after using them for the sale of my property. They are very professional and had a buyer within 6 weeks for my flat. The care and personal attention I received then throughout the conveyancing process was fab, Gemma and Rochelle contacted me weekly with updates and were great at chasing for responses from solicitors.

I've just completed on a house with this branch. In the first stages I was supported by Ellie Garside, up to and including the price negotiation. She was very helpful and helped me arrange a large number of viewings in a short time, helping me plan out daily routes and being very efficient and friendly in general in her communications. She also brought us to a fair figure in the negotiations in my eyes.

The rest of the process, up to and including completion, was managed by Rochelle Sykes and Gemma Payne, splitting the days of the week between them in terms of attendance. While I have a thing or two to say about the UK house buying process in general and the quality of the solicitors, these two ladies navigated this long and tedious process with the utmost care and support. When information was scarce or confusing, one of them would always have the latest accurate updates available and respond quickly. Despite splitting the days between them, I never had the idea that information was lost in the mid-week handover, and both seemed to work perfectly in tandem.

Manning Stainton is extremely professional. I have been searching for a property to buy and found this agent really efficient and understanding. It was my first time buying and selling a property and I could not have done this without their patient and caring service that guides you through every aspect of it. Worse letting agent ever

Gemma and Rochelle were really, really helpful and kind. We were FTBs and so were pretty clueless on the process. They continually kept us updated, helped proactively chase our solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. We had a bad experience with our solicitor and they did their very best to keep us positive.
