My experience ended up being very positive, thanks entirely to the hard work and dedication of Deborah Cundill‑Houghton (Debbie). We’ve just completed on our sale with Mannings after almost seven months, and it was an extremely stressful process due to one solicitor in the chain who was, quite frankly, a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for Debbie’s honesty, practical approach, and determination, I don’t believe it would have completed at all.
Despite clearly juggling many stressed clients, Debbie always made me feel like I was the only person she was supporting. The conveyancing process can be incredibly overwhelming, but she guided me through barrier after barrier with patience, reassurance, and clear communication. Still searching for a property, but I registered with Manning Stainton a week ago and the support and service from staff across the board has been brilliant so far. Yesterday I viewed for MS properties in the LS12 & LS13 areas, and I wanted to mention Gloria in particular who was a lot of fun. Informed. Clear. Able to share lots about the local area as someone who lived locally. And also who went above and beyond to show us an additional property she thought might fit our requirements, plus help us move from one property to the next with ease.
