I have just bought my first house and thanks to the Manning Stainton team, it was a smooth and efficient process. From arranging viewings, all the way through to offer/acceptance stage, the Wortley branch staff were truly amazing. Once this was done, Lauren Moore, our move manager, took over and kept in regular contact with me and all involved. I had many questions as this was my first time, Lauren explained everything to me and reassured me throughout.

Manning stainton were great when we bought our property years ago, so we chose them again to sell the property when we came to move on. Special thanks to Habib during the viewing process who was great at keeping us updating with everything. Really great thank you to Lesley (who was also our move manager on the previous purchase!) She went above and beyond to help us during a very long buying process. I was particularly anxious about the house moving process as a whole but she was excellent at calming any worries, and was amazingly professional and prompt at communicating between all parties in the chain to get us where we needed to be. Alex C was the most communicative and informed of all the people we dealt with for our sale and purchase. She kept us up to date and provided a really helpful go-between us and the vendors. She always responded promptly and was really helpful throughout the process. She was particularly helpful on moving day when we were stressed about a potential delay to getting the keys. She worked some magic and got us in there in good time, so the removers could do their work in good time.

We were also really impressed with the welcome pack from MS, even though we were the buyer, not their client. The toolkit especially came in really handy as we were putting bits of furniture together and just generally getting the place sorted.

Selling our home wasn’t always the smoothest process, but throughout it all, Alex Conroy was outstanding.
