Martin & Co Gloucester Opiniones

I arranged a room viewing in Gloucester on Monday for Saturday at 11:30am. They refused to do video viewings or even send videos of the property and insisted I travel in person from Oxford.

I spent money booking train tickets and was already on the train Saturday morning when they suddenly called to cancel the viewing. Their excuse was that the tenant in that particular room was sick. However, they had already told me there were multiple rooms available, so there was absolutely no reason the other rooms could not have been shown. Then they started saying they were supposed to give notice to other tenants — something they clearly failed to do because of their own incompetence.

This company wasted my time, money, and an entire day because they cannot organise basic communication properly. Professionalism is nonexistent. Avoid these people completely if you value your time or expect any level of reliability.

My daughter needed a one year contract, and I am to be the guarantor. They need more information than MI5 for this. No justification or reason for this, even when asked for it.

The service that we have received from Jade and her colleagues at Martin & Co has been excellent. Renting out our property has not been straightforward and they have accommodated our every ask and been extremely helpful.

Martin & Co have been my management agent for my rental property for many many years and throughout this time I have received an excellent service which has been prompt, efficient, fair and transparent. A really friendly, professional team. They have also recently been the agent who have sold my property and their professionalism has shone through during this process as well and I have received a really great service. I would highly recommend their services for either renting or selling your house.

Good solid service throughout as is the norm from the team. Many thanks.

Rachael wright from martin and co really did go above and beyond for us, we can’t thank you enough.
She really is a credit to the team.

Many thanks to Hallam & Jade for a super professional service - after several years of dreadful service with another lettings agency, it's been a real pleasure to work with such a professional team. From advertising the property, shortlisting tenants and putting in place all the necessary checks and tenancy agreements (with a quick turnaround), a smooth and quick process. A breath of fresh air, which has restored my faith in lettings agents. Recommend.

Smooth house sale from start to finish with Jade and Hallam. Jade also looks after our rental property for us and keeps us informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend the Martin & Co team.

My son is a student and viewed a flat in Gloucester. Jade was great and really helpful, then when I had queries on the price and what facilities etc were included she was super prompt at responding. My boy is now very happy in his new place! Really smooth and straightforward process, thank you so much :-)

The team dealt with a particularly difficult outgoing tenant, and subsequent sale of the property. It was all handled very efficiently and professionally. I would recommend any landlord to speak to Martin & Co Gloucester.
