Matt Grange's reputation precedes him and we have not been disappointed. We had a new boiler installed, pipework moved and tanks removed. From our first enquiry for a quote; recommendations on what we needed; arrangements for the work to be carried out; professional, knowledgable, tidy and efficient crew to the excellent communications from the office. Our experience has been exemplary and I would highly recommend using this company. I could not get time off work and had to leave the crew in my home, which was quite a daunting thought until I met them and felt comfortable with them. A company I can trust with staff I could trust - I am impressed and happy I chose them.

We recently used this excellent company to replace our oil-fired boiler. From the point of first contact to the completion of the job, the engineers were respectful,friendly and very knowledgeable keeping us informed every step of the way and dealing with unexpected problems! Our boiler service was carried out promptly and efficiently. Saffron, who carried out the service, was very pleasant yet professional and answered any questions we had. A part was required which was not immediately available and was fitted as soon as it arrived.

This is the first time we have used this company for our boiler service and gave them a 5 star rating for the service they provided.
They were very professional from my first conversation with them until the completion of the work that they carried out, highly recommended and will definitely use them again when needed.

In need of an oil boiler service, central heating system check and assistance with the smart app controlled device, I contacted Matt Grange Gas & Oil Heating Services. The initial contact was excellent and my needs were fully understood. Sam, the engineer and his apprentice attended - they were both extremely polite and efficient. Sam had a wealth of knowledge and experience and identified a number of safety issues which are being addressed following the service. I would not hesitate in recommending Matt Grange - a 5 star service from there outset.

Good price. Their service scheme is fair and useful. Excellent customer service and engineers. Essentially not a rip off like British Gas et al.

Had a full installation of new system (boiler + oil tank) and everything went ahead perfectly.
Matt is very knowledgeable about all the regulations in his field and his advice was very sound. His staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Had a boiler service and 2 gas fires cleaned and serviced , can honestly say the guy was top class , did a fantastic job an explained each procedure fully, very pleasant, would highly recommend to anyone who needs any work doing , will be using again in the future

Can not recommend this Company highly enough, Maria in the office responded to an unusual request yesterday and it was promptly dealt with. I have left a previous review regarding the Engineers who installed and did a first year service, all merited five stars plus.

Once again Ceri arrived on time for the annual service. This time a couple of jobs were required. The parts were on the van and were fitted with an explanation to say why they were needed.
Polite and tidy at all times.

Excellent first class service for same day call out, the two engineers who came to make repair did so quickly and efficiently and were obviously very experienced, very competitive prices too, would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely use them in the future.

From installation of my heating system and subsequent annual boiler servicing Matt and his team always do a good and thorough job. Maria was helpful in booking an appointment that was covenient for me and Saffron came to complete the job. Can't fault the service they offer.

Matt and his team have done work for myself for quite a few years now, so when my mam needed a new boiler last year I knew who to call.
With the first service due I phoned Maria who sorted out a time and date and as usual the engineer arrived on time, was very kind in explaining everything to my mam, who was very satisfied with everything that was done. I asked if I could be emailed the bill so I could sort out a bank transfer as my mam doesn’t have a computer and again it was no trouble.
So again, the words I would use to describe the Matt Grange Experience are friendly, punctual, clean and tidy, polite, thorough, reliable and knowledgable.
