Had my yearly service from Matt Grange. The young engineer ( sorry didn’t get his name) was efficient, professional and so friendly. Thoroughly recommend this service they are always very good, helpful and reasonably priced . Thankyou

Excellent service as always. Very clean and tidy working with a really clear explanation of what had been undertaken and the state of the boiler. Really cannot fault Matt Grange and would highly recommend.

Matt Grange installed a new boiler, radiator, TRV, pump and Nest thermostat system a year ago and did an incredible job, so professional.
I was then contacted by the company to inform me that the boiler was due a service, which is so handy rather than having to make a note of it in my diary.
They arrived today, even rang to say they are ahead of time and was it ok to come a little early (I know, imagine that right).
Ceri was the chap servicing my boiler, he gave me a full run down of the service plans (with no pressure applied) and ran me through a few Nest things I asked about. He explained everything very well and even showed me the level of debris on the filter prior to cleaning. Such a professional and knowledgeable bloke who worked cleanly and efficiently.
He even pandered to my attention seeking dog.
My recommendation for this company could not be any higher. If you are like me and fed up of trades people not turning up, cancelling or just being late then go with this company. I wish all trades people could operate in this fashion.

Matt Grange fitted my worcester bossh boiler 7 years ago from now and carried out an annual service ever since. He has also done similar on several occasions at our rental properties. i can recommend his quality work 100%

Used this company for a few years now, for regular boiler services and the odd boiler issue. Can't fault them. Turn up on time, clean and tidy, get the job done and no problems at all.

The engineer always arrives on time and efficiently completes the service of my gas boiler. He gives me any information he thinks I need to know about and, this year, helpfully reset the clock on my heating system which I had forgotten to do.

Had a new boiler installed 12 months ago, all worked perfectly and it was serviced today very efficiently.

Had a new blr and radiators installed by Chris and Jimbo over a year ago now which was carried out professionally and both guys were so friendly.
A year has passed with a couple of teething problems rectified immediately by Matt and the team to which I have nothing but praise.This morning a fault code appeared on the programmer indicating a fault with the fan or associated wiring. I rang Maria at 8.45am today, explained the problem, which she actioned straight away came back to me informing me that the company owner Matt would be in attendance this afternoon, Matt duly arrived on time, identified that the fan had failed, went back to his premises to collect a new fan and installed it before six oclock this evening.Well done sir. I feel that this company consists of the best level of staff you could wish for and I can honestly call them all my friends. No other company would ever give this level of service and as a retired regional operations manager I should know.

My annual boiler service was booked and carried out in a friendly and professional manner, as usual. This firm really do operate to the highest standards. I was also impressed when I asked a question about carbon reduction and home heating and received a considered and well informed reply.

Saffron replaced seals on my boiler. She did it efficiently and even cemented neatly where the flue had been taken out. She came on time and got on with the job. EXCELLENT.

Recently had an outside oil fired combi boiler repaired and subsequently serviced. The works were carried out by Sam and Saffron respectively. On both occasions the service was excellent. They are very efficient, amiable, dedicated and caring professionals. Great office administration set-up and organisation. I highly recommend Matt Grange Gas & Oil Heating Services.
