On Sunday 12th April, I was travelling up the motorway towards Harrow to inspect a property when I spotted a Mercedes EQC and mentioned to my father that it was exactly the kind of car I’d love to own. I even looked it up on AutoTrader that same morning to check prices.

After completing the inspection, we headed back towards East London and stopped at Tesco to charge our current BYD electric car. By pure coincidence, another EQC pulled up. I struck up a conversation with the driver to ask about his experience, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He explained that it was a company car and, as it turned out, he was the owner of MB Brent Park, just around the corner.

From that chance meeting at midday on Sunday to 6 p.m. on Monday, Adam provided an exceptional, seamless experience from start to finish. What began as a casual conversation quickly turned into a purchase, with every requirement met effortlessly.

We’re now the proud owners of an EQC, collecting it tomorrow on a very auspicious day in our Sikh calendar. We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend MB Brent Park. Outstanding service throughout — they will be our supplier for life.

Unprofessional, if this company is refusing to give your deposit back take them to a small courts claim as clearly that is the only way they will hand it over. They are extremely unprofessional
