All of the 5 star reviews on here, or anywhere else are all made up. The real reviews are the 1 star ones you'll find here or on google. Bought a car from these cowboys back in 2016, and at the point of sale they put on the charm. Once they have your money, end of charm and the real fcukers come out. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with (they make BA look like an actual 1st class airline!?). Please stay away from these cowboys and spend your hard earned money at a reputable Mercedes dealers. Surprised these lot are still trading, you'd think the trading standards or Mercedes group would find a way to stop these crooks.

Don't be fooled by the 5* reviews!!!
Fooled by the reviews, we bought a C Class from MB Brent Park. No faults were mentioned during the sale. The car made a horrendous noise from the next day. Took the car back and were told that everything was fine and this is usual wear & tear. We paid £110/- to get it checked from another Mercedes specialist, they diagnosed the rear differential being faulty and quoted 2.5K for the repair. The diagnostic report was sent to MB Brentpark. They responded after 7 days saying this is routine wear & tear. We requested this car to be returned and our old car given back along with the monies paid as the car was clearly faulty and the fault was not mentioned to us during the sale. MB Brent Park refused to take the car back.
