Mail Boxes Etc. in South Kensington is superb. I uused them last year to transport our suitcases from our hotel in Vienna to our hotel in Prague and was very impressed with their outstanding service. We just used them again last month, to bring our suitcases back from our hotel in The Hague and delivered to our hotel in South Kensington. Suberb service again. They are outstanding.

Terrible service at the Wimbledon…
Terrible service at the Wimbledon branch and a completely unprofessional experience. I arrived at 9:30am for an urgent document shipment, only to find the store didn’t open until 10am despite the advertised hours. When I finally got inside, the assistant had no idea how to handle the service and kept saying I would have to wait until the manager arrived later in the evening.
There is absolutely no way I would leave important legal or business documents with people who appear so untrained and incompetent. If you are offering professional mailing and document services, your staff should at least know the basics of what they are doing.
A complete waste of time and extremely frustrating when dealing with urgent matters. I would not recommend the Wimbledon branch to anyone needing reliable or professional service.

We completely understand how critical timing and professionalism are when you are dealing with urgent document shipments, and we fell short of our standards on this occasion.

The morning of your visit, we experienced an unexpected delay opening the store, and the assistant on-site was a brand-new team member who was not yet fully comfortable managing the complex documentation required for international or urgent courier services.
We take your comments very seriously. We have addressed the opening delay with our team, and we can assure you that this staff member has now completed their comprehensive training and is fully equipped to handle all mailing and document services independently.
We would welcome the opportunity to regain your trust. If you have any future shipping or business service needs, please contact our store manager directly so we can personally ensure your experience is seamless, efficient, and professional from start to finish.

The staff of MBE Cambridge is simply amazing! I walked in at closing time and asked a quote for dispatching a document. They could have sent me away instead they were kind, super honest, and gave me a copy of my document for free. You rarely meet this level of professionalism! Really poor experience with the MBE…
Really poor experience with the MBE ALTRINCHAM branch. They leave me completely in the dark, no reply, no delivery, nothing! They have my auction goods worth more than 1k that I obviously paid for, I paid as soon as they sent me their quote for option 2 which is supposed to be faster ..but no reply further to my payment nor any delivery and especially no invoice! Really poor quality service which is a shame as I am starting an auction business where I need a reliable transporter.. which will certainly not be MBE.
