Very good responsive booking service with a personal touch. Fair price quoted and auction item (picture) received in great condition and very well packaged. Pick up from the auction house, packaging and use of UPS courier was without any hassle and arrived as promised

You sign up and pay, then they take you through 3rd party company verification more than a bank. It glitches and nobody can help. Then you cancel and it takes many messages to get SOME not all of your money back. Terrible amateur service.

Items arrived damaged and insurance is for nothing.
The service is expensive and I paid extra for insurance. But they are not responsive for the insurance claims, dragging things for two months.
I asked for insurance information multiple times, but all attempts failed. Now I seriously doubt that they actually purchased one.
