The shop was so messy and I was worried if they mix my items with anything.
The staff did not have knowledge of customs or any charges.

Shipment from London to Sweden
I live in Sweden and wanted to ship 2 family portraits (oil paintings) from London to my Swedish address. I was recomended MBE in Shepherds Market, Mayfair.
I must thank Elvira and her team for the excellent service. All was accomplished by email corresponence. Receiving the consigment the other day, I could not believe how incredibly well packed the two paintings were. What a fabulous company. From buying a picture from Lyon and Turnbull, to receiving it wrapped so professionally took 2 working days. They advised me that it would be in a cardboard box, but to my great surprise all the corners had extra strengthening. It arrived in perfect condition.

Visited a couple of weeks ago for printing and asked in advance due to time constraints. Despite offering to prepay, staff refused to print until I arrived. The £2 per page charge felt excessive. The service was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and a request for a stapler was refused rudely. Overall, very poor customer service.
