Living in an old house we have become reliant on quality equipment to make the home comfortable.
Our number one ‘ go to ‘ brand for comfort and economy is Meaco.
Our house has never been condensation free !
But it is not just the product the impresses us, the support, should you ever need it is first class.
Recently, we had an issue with one of our units. With the serial number to hand, I contacted Meaco and spoke to a wonderful lady by the name of Talay. Her product knowledge was first class and when I questioned if the product was still under warranty and Talay determining from said Serial number that the unit was 6 year over the 5 year warranty ( 11 years of unbroken service ) Talay still suggested some thing for me to try before replacing the unit.
Eventually, two weeks later, I decided to replace my worn out unit with another.
A phone call paired me with another knowledgable lady named Beverley who was equally as professional, helpful, efficient and cold not have done anything further to support my choice of replacement unit.
So Meaco….you have once again confirmed that my choice to remain loyal to you as your support has to me.

Bought three dehumidifiers from Meaco about three years ago directly from them. They have worked excellently till recently on had it's display fail. I contacted Harry at the company and had excellent service. Within a few days the dehumidifier had gone for repair and back again fully fixed. It was the best experience ever getting an item repaired even three years old. Well done Meaco

Very fast and efficient turn around under warranty for a Meaco dehumidifier which stopped working after a couple of years. We have half a dozen Meaco dehumidifiers and all have been working without fault until this breakdown. Good machines and good service.

My dehumidifier stopped working and Meaco replaced the faulty part without any problems at all - very fast turn around also. I’ve since ordered replacement hepa filters and stupidly ordered the wrong ones and without question they’ve sent a returns label for me. Cannot fault the customer service and care I’ve had from Meaco

Wanted to let you all know that we purchased a Meaco 650 Air Circulator fan over the weekend and quite simply it is the best fan we have had in all our time.
We have always been partial to a fan in the bedroom, however have for ever been troubled by either vibration sounds, too noisy or just plain incapable of chucking out the desired volume of air unless at maximum control speed which in most case made it sound like a 747 Airplane :)
Everything is fantastic in respect of all those previous issues and in our opinion worth every penny of the cost.

I really can't commend this company enough, from the product itself, which is excellent, to the outstanding customer service.....absolutely aaaaaamaaaazing!
We recommended the dehumidifier to 5 of our friends who are all equally impressed with it.
Ours developed a fault after 18 months but was quickly repaired and returned with such speed.
The customer service team were very professional and helpful.
The workshop team, especially Austin repaired our little Arete and had her back with us in no time. Excellent

Outstanding support from Meaco - had an issue with a machine that was within the 5 year warranty - about 4 years old so I wondered if the 5 year warranty was going to be honoured - and yes it was! Huge respect for this company. When the courier lost the return item meaco sent me a new one - best support ever - and they didn’t even ask for a review. Needless to say I will be buying from them again.

Outstanding service from Meaco. I purchased a dehumidifier in August 2023 and suddenly it wasn't working right. I had registered my guarantee which was for 5 years. I rang to explain the problem and was asked to send it back. Thankfully I still had the box it came in.
It was picked up on Monday and delivered back to me on the Thursday. All mended and working OK.
I must say I am very impressed with the service I have received. EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING.

My experience with warranties have not been great so when I contacted MEACO regarding a fault code on my Arête one dehumidifier which is three years old, my expectations were not great. ON THE CONTRARY, customer service asked me to take a video of the faulty display, they then arranged for a free pick up the following day and had the repaired machine returned to me in full working order within three days. Fantastic machine, great warranty, amazing service. I can’t recommend this product and company enough. EXCELLENT.

Bought a second Zambezi dehumidifier as our original one was needing to be moved daily to different areas. The first one is still going strong after seven years regular usage so we had no qualms in buying another one. Superb device. Easy to setup and maintain. Perfect for damp rooms and catching up with the laundry. Delighted to see that Meaco have extended the length of the power cable from the original length. Very handy, otherwise identical to before. Hopefully this one performs as well as our other model.

When new, the Arete was very effective but sadly after two years, the fan would only run at slow speed. I contacted customer support with low expectations but after some questions to establish the issue they sent me a box to return the unit. It has just arrived back after four days repaired and working as new. Good recovery Meaco

Extremely helpful and polite staff. Excellent all round service, rare to experience these days. Sent a box out next day to return my dehumidifier for checking a fault. Prepaid return label recieved. Repair and service done with 48 hrs of receipt. Service report emailed. Door to door just 7 days plus a very reasonable charge to service. Highly recommend the company and products.

Ordered second hand dehumidifier from ebay store. Was faulty from get go and while they offered a like for like replacement, no compensation was offered for wasted time.

The service I received was exceptional. It only took eight days from when I reported the fault to getting the repaired unit back. The people at Meaco were friendly and gave the information needed to pack and get the unit back to them. It helped that I still had the original box.

I rang last week, prompt answers and my machine was sent back repair. Today I rang to be greeted with the new AI assistant 3-calls lasting 30 minutes, where it could not differentiate between letters asking for emails, phone numbers, promising call backs... that then NEVER happend... This will be the end of Meaco

I bought an Arete Two 20L and after a year it came up with an error code ‘L2.’
I contacted Meaco Monday 9th to report the issue and a week later 16th Feb it was collected for a repair.
Friday 20th Feb I had it delivered and fixed. It required a new PCB.
The whole process was easy and no problem whatsoever.
Communication from Meaco Warranty directed the process well.
Excellent service from the team at Meaco.

We have used a dehumidifier for a couple of years and found them to be excellent for what. They were designed for plus we also used it for drying washiing a two in one machine , my daughter had a flood in the cellar of her house so we lent/gave her our dehumidifier , so as we were without , we decided we need a replacement , looking online we saw and liked a Meaco Arrette read the comments and manufacturers write up and decided this was the one and it stated it was approx 4p an hour to run , it arrived within a few days and it’s been running as and when we need it PLUS it keeps the house dry thus stopping black mould and it dries the washing perfectly , it s well made looks good cheap To run cost so cheap To run , I was impressed by this dehumidifier and so quiet to run , I would certainly reccomend this company for an. Excellent product ,
