Thank you for your review, although we are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the service that you have received from Meadfleet.
We are unable to find any communication from you under this name, so if you could contact our Customer Care Team, they will be able to look into any works that have been carried out and let you know the reason why they were undertaken.
Meadfleet carry out works to our developments that are required either under health and safety, or that are part of the development that need to be replaced or repaired, as per the maintenance that we are required to carry out. If they do not fall under the remit of the routine maintenance charge, these works will carry a charge for the residents. However, we do obtain a minimum of 3 quotes for w additional works to the development and we will always select the contractor that is most appropriate to carry out the works, taking into account their qualifications, insurance and all round value for money.
So, if you would like to contact our Customer Care Team at Customercare@meadfleet.co.uk, the Team will be happy to look into your concerns.

Had some disappointments in 2025
Had some disappointments in 2025 - remedial work on The Rope Walk is rather ugly...cannot understand colour choice of crack fills. However, lights are working again and I am hoping that we will have some eye-catching growth in our barren areas by the willow tree and the descending steps.

We are sorry that you do not like the repair to the pathway, but we are very conscious of keeping the costs to a manageable level for our customers, and as the bridge on your development had to be rebuilt, rather than replace the whole pathway, the cracks in the path were filled where required.

Fantastic service from Jake Davies who manages our new build estate. I can see Jake is really committed to his role he went above and beyond. He provided person centred and personalised support to me and my husband, he arranged a very quick, efficient repair to storm damaged boundary fences behind our home and also resolving supported with resolving minor parking issues. I'm really glad we have a great site manager for our area, our estate is clean, maintenance is great and our experience with Jake is he has definitely exceeded expectations. Meadfleet have been absolutely amazing at supporting Garden House Hospice Care. They took the time to come visit us a few times, were kind enough to share their advice and offer support to enhance our gardens. Their horticulture experience is second to none and the kindness they have shown in supporting us with a grant of £750 …. Only to be doubled in our Big Give campaign will live on for a long time. I spoke to Paul Ellis, from Meadfleet, recently about my invoice, as I needed clarification on certain points. He was extremely patient with me - figures are definitely not my forte! - and spent time guiding me through each item. Jake Davies
Jake Davies, who manages the communal land at Waterhouse Mill has been good to work with. He always listens to any concerns about the maintenance of the communal land and tries to resolve any problems and is always prompt to respond to our emails
He recently provided several bags of Tete a Tete's which I planted around the estate, It was rather rainy and then frosty shortly after so let's hope they come up in the Spring.

Very poor service - no accountability
Very poor
As a resident at an established site I have been chasing a tree replacement for years - literally years.
This has been ongoing for a ridiculous amount of time now and nothing is happening despite my constant chasing.
No one taking accountability for it - passed from one person to another. The next excuse will be it’s out of season as it’s been delayed it so long. I’ve heard it all before.
Residents are very unhappy about the service received and the fact we pay an incredible amount of money and are not getting the service or the items we pay for.
