Charged me £100 late fee
Charged me £100 late fee for being 4 weeks late payment. Original bill was only £91!! I accept it was late and expected maybe £25 late payment fee. Complained, had a email saying they were really busy but it will be looked at, 4 weeks later no reply , apart from this one. How did we do, You didn't do anything, that's how you did.

We just wanted to check in with you as we are not sure if you have managed to contact our Feedback email address.
With regards to the invoices and late payment charges, we would like to confirm that following the invoice issued on 20th August 2025, a statement was sent out 5 weeks later as a reminder for payment. A following statement was then sent out a further 4 weeks after that, and any un paid accounts would have received a late payment charge a full 10 weeks following the issuing of the invoice on 20th August 2025.
I hope that clarifies the timescale of the matter from the issuing of the invoice to the ultimate issuing of the late payment charge.

My daughter took part in the Best…
My daughter took part in the Best Pumpkin Competition and won first place. The communication with the Meadfleet was excellent, and the prize was fantastic. We are very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend this event!

Impressive Customer Service by Matthew
I communicated by email with Matthew Barnett, the Regional Manager responsible for the Meadfleet development in which I live. He replied to every email with great consideration and empathy to my concerns and resolved the situation in good time. Despite a small problem, none of which was Matthew's making, it was a contractor who didn't deliver on service, he didn't just leave it there, he followed the enquiry up and brought it to a satisfactory end. I cannot fault the customer service I received by Matthew. Thank you

Francina of Meadfleet was very prompt and efficient in dealing with the post completion certificates on this for which I would like to thank her. Many Management Companies I have dealt with have been very slow at providing the relevant documents and even coming back to us with replies to questions raised.

Big Fan - Meadfleet are excellent on many levels…
I am a house owner and MeadFleet manage the services to the homes where I live in Cirencester. They are just amazing. I have had cause to contact them a number of times and always a quick response, helpful and understanding. They also provide a newsletter and I came home this week to a bird feeder on my doorstep from them. I believe they truly care and its exceptional to see such great service and thought.

I recently contacted Meadfleet about the open green area in front of my home, and Jake was extremely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to listen, review the area, and quickly came up with a thoughtful solution by arranging for new shrub planting to help improve both the appearance and safety of the space.

I reported a broken railing on my…
I reported a broken railing on my housing estate that is managed by Meadfleet. The broken railing exposed a large drop into a river causing a danger to children and pets. Meadfleet fixed the issue within a couple of weeks and even let me know personally that they had sorted it. Much quicker than I had expected.

Excellent service from the new Regional Manager Jake Davies when we needed to contact about maintenance of a grassed area near to our home. He was in touch the next day and arranged for contractors to cut the area within 2 weeks and gave me an overview of his plans for the estate after recently taking over responsibility for the estate
