Original prints damaged, reprints not quite as instructed.
Prints were excellent as far as digital prints go. Photos printed as per my preferences. Posted in thin card envelope so the prints were all damaged in the post. Reprints arrived safely, however, they weren't printed precisely as per my original instructions (some were printed with white borders and the captions were as they appear on the web site complete with spelling mistakes which I had corrected for my original order). Since they arrived undamaged, I'll live with it.

To clarify, replacement orders are typically produced as a duplicate of the original order held in our system. For future orders, to ensure everything appears exactly as intended, we do offer customers the advanced option to crop print layouts and also customise their own captions.

I absolutely love the print .
I absolutely love the print .. good quality but the frame looks very cheap for the price I paid. Getting on to delivery they use fedex absolutely shocking service. First of all they said they couldn’t deliver.. it wasn’t my house it was a factory .. media storehouse did not help I had to do myself.. after complaining several times they promised to deliver to neighbours.. no it was left outside for anyone to take and in rain. Would I buy from here again NO.

In relation to delivery, shipments are handled by third-party couriers. While we do not control their day-to-day operations the delivery method used in this case was in line with the courier’s standard service. Any concerns regarding driver conduct or delivery handling are raised directly with the courier based on the information available to us.

I am thrilled to bits with this photograph of the orange tree in Southern Spain. There’s something invigorating about an orange tree. I was delighted to see my first orange tree in Nice. I have never seen so many oranges as those in the photo. It’s a good picture!!! The sun must be hot there!!!

Awful. Walked away with £200+. Lied about attempting delivery and didn't offer any alternative options. Hasn't responded to multiple contact attempts. Essential a fake front store. Do not buy from them.

I was so pleased with this print. It is a gift for Mrs Weatherill's son who described the photo as priceless. I also lived at winkfield row opposite Billy smarts and so this print reminds me of my time with the Weatherill's in 1972. Fast delivery lovely clear print.
