An abomination

Hands down the absolute worst online casino I have ever experienced. Deposited thousands and it sucked every deposit. Never have I seen my balances disappear as quick as they did on Metaspins. It's true what others are saying, the RTP is really low, like 92% and below. Many slots don't appear to play like they should, as if they are being manipulated.

The only ones winning on here are the sponsored shills and streamers. Ignore the obviously fake positive reviews on here.

This casino is an abomination. You won't win on Metaspions and God only knows what would happen if you had the audacity to attempt to withdraw.

Don't fall for this scam. You have been warned.

How to ruin your life in 3 days over the festive season!!!

Put it all into Metaspins like I did in 3 days with my whole inheritance and then get blocked by casino after I've lost everything.
Down to sitting at McDonald's to use their free wi-fi just so I can continue to receive updates from this life sucking casino and forget about my homelessness for just a couple of minutes.
Spent my Christmas with you guys losing everything uncontrollably and your so called responsible gambling department contacted me asking questions like if I had spent beyond my means, what effect this would have??? I had spent everything in 3 days almost 200k in hundreds and hundreds of deposits so they gave me a link for gambling help and blocked me.

Do not fall for their tricks! Specially VIP! I was treated like a literal queen, free money all the time even got a free phone last Christmas from them!
I more than once mentioned I was grieving my Dad had recently died and they gave me a free bonus to make me feel better!
Then my first Christmas without my Dad I spiralled and they held my hand whilst I did it. Checked in once to see if I was ok and then proceeded to give me another free bonus so then I deposited more and more and yeah 200k in less than 3 days.

When their responsible gambling department contacted me it was perceived as if they were going to return some of my money as they asked if I would survive without it, what would this mean for my future etc etc etc. All I got was owed cashback on the 200k id spent and as I said a link for gambling help and blocked.

I told them yes I did gamble it but it was like I blacked out and I didn't ask for it all back, it was on some level my fault and do have to take accountability just needed enough to survive. My last email that got no response I asked for $27,945 AUD that's the amount I needed to get by.
I lost my kids, my home, EVERYTHING in 3 days. I wanted to die I still do but now I want some kind of justice and acknowledgement.
I want some money back from them to rebuild my life!

Metaspins Casino Confiscated My $26,000 Winnings – BEWARE!

I want to warn everyone about Metaspins Casino and their unfair practices.

I deposited $4,000 into Metaspins, played, and won $26,000. Their website advertises "instant withdrawals," but when I tried to withdraw, my request was pending for 30 minutes before I received an email saying my winnings were confiscated due to "multiple accounts."

The casino had no problem accepting my deposits and letting me lose money across multiple accounts, but the moment I won, they refused to pay and used their Terms & Conditions selectively to justify voiding my winnings.

I contacted support, but they refused to provide actual proof. If my account was truly ineligible, why did they allow me to deposit and play in the first place? This is blatant scamming behavior and an excuse to avoid paying big winners.

I have now filed a formal complaint with Curaçao eGaming and will continue to spread awareness so other players don’t fall into the same trap.

If you are thinking of playing at Metaspins – BE CAREFUL! They will happily take your deposits but refuse to pay you when you win

I have played everywhere and these guys are literal criminals

I have played everywhere. This is literally the worst site there is hands down. Easily minus 20k without being able to win $500 dollars. It is so blatantly obvious that they don't adhere to RTP or are remotely close to being fair. I only wish someone had left a review like this before I started playing with them.

Days after me writing this they paid like 4 people to write positive reviews just to try to do damage control. You can tell which ones are fake by the 5 star rating which is impossible anyone would rate this casino above a zero. You will lose 600 dollars at an rtp rate of less than 1 consistently and their loyalty reward is a a few dollars with the ability to then gamble it on a 50/50 chance which is really more like 90/10, but as I've established they fabricate everything so they don't actually inform you of those odds.

I have 0 cashouts with them. They treat their players like garbage. Multiple times i lost a grand and my rewards were sub 5 dollars. It would be better to fill up a trash can with your money and light it on fire then deposit here.

Its also incredibly obvious that the only people they allow to win are sponsored players shilling this garbage to their audience so they can steal more.

Go check out the big wins and its literally all the same names on repeat. They think you are stupid and their goal is to steal from you as much as possible. Don't let them.

The only time I was able to get over a grand in balance was once. I had a balance of $1350. Every spin I did after that point was a loss. Literally not able to win on a single spin straight to 0 on a low volatile game. So do the math, the machines rtp was either 0 or it was fraud.

Out of the hundreds of sessions I have had I don't ever think I've even left one of their games up. That should literally tell you all you need to know.

They have promised me a goodwill refund of my last deposit which was a substantial sum… This was on Monday morning, and it’s now Thursday night and no sign of the promised refund… Each time I contact their customer services via email I just keep getting told ‘few business days’ and ‘it will be processed’. They’re quick to take my deposits, but when it’s their turn it’s a different story…

Customer service is actually helpful

Had some problems but they refunded me 0.9 SOL which is better than nothing I guess.
I feel like I should have got the 50$ also because I know it said I have to playthrough a certain amount. But it is what it is

This gambling site is so freaking bad. I have never drained my balance this quick on ANY OTHER SITE. I have deeposited so many times couple 100 dollars and the most I've won on bonuses is 2-3 dollars on 0.2-0.6 bet sizes. Its ridiculously bad. I would enter other sites but they are usually not allowed in my province but hell no to metaspins in the future. I hope people stop playing on this site

Scammers do not send money to these people

Scammers do not send money stole 40$ claimed it was under minimum and couldn't be recovered. BY WHO ??? YOU RECIEVED IT YOU GOT IT YOU KEPT IT SCAMMERS.

They took my money! They won't load it because it wasn't enough. I had my main account and other account which i created to use another affiliate code (the page doesnt allow you to change the code) and i deposited 100$ under the second account created, wanted to make a withdraw and asked to do KYC, i made it and they asked about my other account, told them i had to create a new account to use a different code (since page doesnt allows you to change it) and told me that multiple account were not allowed, they closed my account and stealed my depo. He attached also the emails from them, and forwarded some proofs.
I tried to contact the chat but their agent Olivia, close the chat when I ask her about.

Be careful, I will try to sue them or have a deal after they confess what data has been sold / give away.
