Not accepting EU ID’s and no toilet
Many countries are allowed to travel into Turkey with only their National ID’s.
I’m from Portugal and since last year we got that privilege as well.
I was taking a bus to Sofia (EU member) and the person in charge of checking people’s tickets demanded my passport, not taking just my National ID.
You should inform your crew about this legal measures. Thankfully, I had my passport with me. But if I didn’t they would simply have to accept it, it’s in my right.
Also, this was a 9 hour full bus ride with no toilet. That’s simply not acceptable in any circumstances.

Tam anlamıyla rezalet, ne bir ilgi alaka ne su ikramı, kek vs. vs. Koordinasyon sıfır, otobüs yaklaşık 20 dk. geç geldi, hiç bir şekilde bilgilendirme yapılmadı metro turizm benim için bitmiştir.

Had a 9 hour bus ride. They promised service, snacks, water, WiFi, individual tv, and charching plugs. We got non of it.

Horrible bus company
The first thing is that you didn’t get any proper service by their servicedesk when you asked for help. Why, first thing, they are the most rude people i’ve met, secoundly they don’t speak english and third they don’t do their jobb seriously.
The drive starter with a late bus.
During the go, you don’t have the possibility for toilet and you don’t get any information about how many break you can look forward to, and when the break is, they stress you and you don’t know for how long the stop is.
During the go, they are so unhuman! You have to keep your shoes on, the whole ride (10-12 houres) !! The space between seats are rediculous if the seat infront of you pushes the seat back.
This was trully the worst i’ve gone trough, and i never want to Travel with these Metro turizm again.
Rude people and no service ! You shoulden’t drive foreigne people if you don’t speak any other language than your own.

Very good Bus company, Bus took off on time, clean, friendly, good WiFi on-board.
Much better than other Bus companies in Turkey (yes, I'm looking at you ÖNCÜ !).
