I have been with Miab for a few years now, I find them very competitive price wise, I always deal with Jacqui who is very helpful and friendly in the process when renewing my policy.

Jacqui Adamson has been very helpful and patient with my enquiry, she explained things very clearly and thoroughly and always kept me informed about the progress of my enquiry and displayed professionalism at all times. This has made my experience pleasant for the first time, without having to go round and round in circles as I have had to in the past with other companies, she spoke very clearly and effectively. She deserves a pay rise :-) !!

Have just had discussions with Sarah Jayne who has been very helpful and reassuring with our potential liability claim. I am hoping the whole journey will be as smooth. Thank you
