Sara's call from Milberg, London came out of the blue. My husband, who passed away recently, had registered his interest in claiming from VW re a world wide problem with their diesel cars. She helped me, his widow, to receive payment. It's sad that he never knew.

Just want to give a quick review milberg along with shieldpay should my diesel claim , was bit worried about uploading bank details but once I did got payment almost instantly so I can say if you have had emails say claim has settled and upload bank details with shieldpay

I signed up to a diesel claim milberg have had all the neccesary setails but i havent had any correspondance in months and months wich is irritating not even a cursory hi we are procedding with your claim and sorry for the length of time this matter is taking....but no nada...nothing.not impressed with the customer support what so ever.

Haven’t heard a thing in my Mercedes claim for months…. I provided all of the personal data immediately but am now not hearing back, despite me sending a follow-up email over a week ago. Not sure if I need to be concerned about having shared my personal days…?
