Hi Jodie - thank you for getting in touch with us. Yes, unfortunately the litigation process is intrinsically slow, not least because this is the largest group action working its way through the Court system at the moment. We estimate claims take 3 to 5 years. No claimants in the Group Litigation Order have received compensation yet as the central case against Mercedes-Benz is on-going. Please be assured that we are making progress and believe we will get there in the end. Do stick with us!
