I needed to return 2 of blacks outdoors…
I needed to return 2 of blacks outdoors items bought online that did not fit. Andy in Millets of Uckfield made the whole process incredibly painless & easy .. he was welcoming & helpful, I was that impressed I ended up buying 2 pairs of waterproof trousers I didn't know I needed!

Had a lot of knowledge about the walking boots I was looking at, made several suggestions, was very patient with me, very particular re the sizing and showed me how to best adjust the laces and tie the boots. Very impressed with her, thank you Phoenix

Advice on gloves for very cold conditions
Pheonix was very helpful and knowledgeable about the gloves I was looking at and explained to me the best way to keep warm in very cold conditions. Pheonix gave me excellent advice on the gloves available and the reasons why they worked so well. I’m very pleased with my purchase and won’t hesitate to return should I need more equipment and advice.
