Bought a new S26 direct from Samsung with a '3' mobile advanced plan contract.
When the plan was set up the plan was the '3' Lite plan not advanced.
Samsung said contact '3' and then '3 siad contact Samsung.
No one will take responsibility and sort this issue out!

I wish there was a way to give -ve rating. Placed an order with Samsung with O2 SiM plan which was cancelled due to a date of birth typo (thats what O2 told during the verification call). Mobileshop then placed a 90 days restriction to place the order again with samsung.
Noyt sure why a company like Samsung has Mobileshop mediating for it with the pathetic customer service and offering no solution at all.

Awful - don't use. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Said I failed credit check when I have a 600+ credit score. Absolute incompetence at its best.

Totalmente inaffidabile. Acquisto un cellulare versione pro e arriva in versione classica, oltretutto spedizione molto lunga. Il venditore non risponde MAI al telefono, via mail saltuariamente e solo se fa comodo. Rimborso dopo quasi due mesi non ancora arrivato. Pessimo venditore e pessimo servizio clienti.

Samsung is such a serious company on the market, I don't understand why it cooperates with such an idiotic company as Mobileshop, it's a failure for Samsung because it loses many customers due to very bad cooperation with external companies

After I ordered s26 ultra I read reviews and thought Id made a huge error and thought about cancelling. Got phone within a couple of days and 24 month contract with 02. No hitches or hold ups. Glad I didn't cancel order

I have good credit score but Still they cancelled my samsung phone order 2 times without any explanation. I was waiting for this phone so long. Totally rubbish company

Try to get a phone contract through Samsung.co.uk, but they keep saying: 'We're unable to process your order as it has failed to meet our internal credit and security criteria'. Try to contact Samsung directly but they just say it is a technical error and reorder. I did 4 times but always the same result. I do not understand why samsung is using this company. Avoid.

Very bad customer service. Felt like an interrogation. He seemed offended when I asked him what his role is in this phone call since I've been referred by samsung to call you before any further notice

then the email which you think hmmm call us to do some checks,googled the number its legit,phoned them today loud phoneline poor English couldn't understand failed the checks
I have great credit and was with 02 6 years ago avoid like the plague

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible. Order for a contract via Samsung/ Vodafone cancelled multiple times even when sent passport etc and have excellent credit rating. Mobileshop adviser said I failed security checks! But wouldn't say why or pass on to "security company".
Totally worthless company....recommend avoiding at all costs.

DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM SAMSUNG WITH A CONTRACT VIA THESE COWBOYS. NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE PLAYING AT BUT I GOT DENIED A CONTRACT VIA 02 THEY SAID DIDNT PASS CREDIT CHECKS SO CANCELLED MY ORDERED SPOKE TO 02 AND THEY HADNT EVEN DONE CHECKS, THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AVOID HAVE REPORTED THEM AS FRAUD SAMSUNG NEED TO STOP USING THEM

Hunter from The Mobile Shop in Superstore Metrotown location in Burnaby was so helpful and kind! It was an outstanding experience purchasing my new phone with the help of Hunter from start to finish. He was very welcoming, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He was in full smile while processing my purchase and requirements. He thoroughly explained the importance of phone features, plans, prices in a clear and honest way. It didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. He patiently answered every single quesion with genuine care. Im extremely grateful for his outstanding service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a phone. Hunter is the best! It's rare to encounter someone who maintain such consistent, excellent service over nearly two decades. It was nice to meet him again after all these years and finally get a new phone from him. After 19 years since buying my very first phone from him, it was super great experience and receiving the same excellent service again.

I don't normally do reviews. But after placing my order, I read the reviews on here and panicked, I thought that there was no chance I get my phone and contract. However I ordered my s25 ultra and 24 month o2 contract on Saturday and the order progressed smoothly and now on Monday my phone is arriving. So don't panic if you have places an order.

Just stay away from mobile shop,I'm a full time employee from last 2 plus decade's,Earn over 60k every year,Monthly direct debit- Mortgage Car Financial-Insurance-plus life insurance-3 mob contract for family yet declined my order,Reason given poor credit history,How on earth Mobile shop can rate me like this,A terrible company all I suggest to stay away from them.

AVVOID. Awful service, phone purchased through Samsung, Mobile shop complete the order. Mobile shop made a compete mess of the order, they claimed my bank details were false, tried all my accounts, same result. Referred to IT, nearly 2 weeks later and a dozen calls through them they then claimed that O2 had rejected it as I already had a contract with them, which I didnt. Ended up cancelling the order, they wouldn't even acknowledge or deal with my complaint. AVOID

After placing my order, I came across many negative reviews, and was regretting ordering Samsung s25 ultra and O2 contract. But I needn't have worried as it all went like clockwork for me, I have my new phone and I am busy setting it up now. So not a scam and all good for me.
I decided to write this review as I'd seen all the negative ones.

Absolutely terrible, incorrect contracts on Samsung site affecting users credit history

Lie when they ring up. I bought a phone on Samsung store, no mention that the O2 contract offered was nothing to do with Samsung. Last I heard from Samsung is that the deal is cancelled but no news on how the money I paid upfront is being refunded. very concerned with why they needed my bank statement when they say their system doesn't recognise the account details as valid . reporting them to Fraud office after Christmas

Sadly an all too clear pattern of tales of woe as those before me.

Essentially an unfulfilled order for a new phone from Samsung.com and money taken for the handset but no handset. The network operator (o2) have my DOB down wrong and MobileShop have provided the correct one (apparently) but as they dont match they can't complete my order so I'm in limbo - no ability to change the DOB or address things with o2 (who are no help here same as MobileShop).

Why Samsung are using a company that can't provide a good service is beyond me. Still out of pocket and awaiting a refund.....
