Excellent experience with Mondraker!
My 2016 Mondraker Factor frame cracked during a mountain ride. I contacted Mondraker’s customer service, and they diligently sent me a new 2017 model frame. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly they handled the incident and I only recommend them. Where other manufacturers might have avoided responsibility, Mondraker responded in an exemplary manner.

Ho acquistato una Mondraker Crafty RR 2025 con Bosch Smart System, convinto di ricevere un prodotto compatibile con tutti gli accessori Bosch. Invece, il Bosch Connect Module — fondamentale come antifurto — non era installabile per una svista progettuale.

Dopo mesi di attesa e insistenza, ho ricevuto un coperchio motore sinistro modificato, stampato in 3D, al costo di 70€. Un pezzo di plastica P12 con tolleranze imbarazzanti, sul quale ho dovuto incollare manualmente i dadi con cianoacrilato. Questa è la qualità offerta su una bici da 8.490€?

Mondraker, vergognatevi. Sono un singolo cliente, ma questa è la seconda — e ultima — Mondraker che entra in casa mia.

Bon vélo (factor de 2017), inutilisable car acheté d'occasion avec un probleme sur le cadre , mais la "garantie à vie" des cadres des vélos n'est pas transférable vers la personne qui achete le vélo d'occasion, même avec la facture de l'ancien propriétaire ... si vous n'êtes pas le premier propriétaire vous pouvez jeter le vélo à la poubelle ... encore une belle politique de greenwashing de multinationale.... c'est la politique de mondraker et c'est bien regrettable, tant pis j'irais vers une autre marque avec des garanties un peu moins "marketing",

Had a crafty and level rr frame snapped in half on crafty struggled to get this repaired on warranty then battery had 70 % left for 6 months with out use now it over heats needs a new battery at £870 off bosch said no warranty left 180 mile on clock still brand new absolute shocking 14k worth of scrap

Absolute joke of a company. Bought a bike from them via Spokes Online a month ago and it still hasn't come. They don't answer mail or calls. Hopeless, AVOID these clowns.

Vélo, trop souvent en panne, un service SAV, nul qui n’assume rien et essaye de faire reposer la faute sur les fournisseurs au revendeur. Inacceptable pour le prix des vélos.

This company sent me a bike with all linkage bolts stripped. Their customer service is terrible. I filed a complaint and the company has yet to respond. They also cross threaded the water bottle cage bolt. Complete nightmare.

I purchased my Mondraker PrimeX in March 2021 for touring. I'd ridden over 5,500 km when, while parked, the kickstand failed. The bike fell over, and the kickstand tore a hole in the frame. Mondraker's website said that a bike is guaranteed for life if registered, which mine wasn't. Unregistered bikes belonging to the original owner have a warranty of 3 years or 5 years.

Mondraker offered my frame with cosmetic damage and said it was the best they could do. The dealer offered to remount the "new" frame for a fee. I agreed.

The battery cover is a different color than the bike and looks badly mismatched. I was told, "Too bad. You should be grateful that we did this much for you."

I picked up the bike and asked about the kickstand. I was told that I hadn't asked for a new kickstand -- what the (*&(*&** it was the kickstand that tore a hole in the frame in the first place. It will be another two weeks before they can get a kickstand for the bike, and I'll have to drive another 90 minutes each way to have them put it on.

I used to have this cool bike that I was proud of and loved to ride. Now, I have a frame with garish paint and cosmetic damage, a mismatched battery cover, and no kickstand.

Mondraker, you've lost a customer for life.

Je n'ai pas eu les problèmes que certaines personnes ont signalés. J'ai un Chaser X. C'est mon premier vélo électrique. Mon impression générale du vélo est que c'est un bon vélo. Il y a quelques problèmes de conception ennuyeux, par exemple le remplacement des garde-boue est problématique car le câble du feu arrière ne peut pas être déconnecté... donc je dois couper le fil !!!!! Et je ne peux avoir qu'un rétroviseur à gauche !!!! Aussi, pourquoi les valves des pneus Maxxis ne sont-elles pas standard ?

When I got it, it was a piece of €&@? But after tearing the whole thing apart it’s a miracle. I had massive problems with battery failures 50 Miles away from home in the middle of a wet German autumn forest. Luckily a good friend of mine owns a bike repair shop. I told him to mount a lupine light so he hat to tear apart the whole drivetrain (lol) and now the Mondrakete is like brrrrr. The bike shop is called „Goldner Lenker“ the city is called Jena and the guy is called Thomas. CALL HIM!!! For god sake call him…

Achat d'un mondraker Dusty RR, 6000€ de vélos.
Défaut sur le moteur mahle X20 dès le premier roulage, 1mois et demi sans diagnostic précis, aucun dédommagement, ni geste commercial comme une saccoche, ou d'échange standard.
SAV à déplorer, bon pour encaisser l'argent, mais se cache vite sous la responsabilité du revendeur en cas de problème.
Au final, après 1 mois et demi, remboursement du vélo intégralement sous la menace d'un procès avec le revendeur sinon j'étais partie pour 2/3mois sans vélo.

Customer support does not exist! I wrote them through their website and on facebook but i never received any answer. Thousands of euros spent on a mtb and no customer support? sorry but it is not acceptable for me.

Really bad experience with Richie Rowland, UK Company Manager for Mondraker who made comments about mental health and search through my social media to use against me. Bad experience and bad image of Mondraker.

WORST Customer Service I have ever had! I bought a DuskR for £5,300 and they cannot even confirm my warranty is registered! Mondraker are very good at marketing thier bikes but if you need any help or assistance under warranty you’ll be left in the cold, I will never purchase a bike from this brand again. My advice, stick with Scott, Giant, Lapierre, I’ve had many of their bikes over the years and they stand by thier warranty and customers!
