Phone call started at 9.20am, ended at 10.35am. He went at everything at such a pace that there was no way we could write it down! We understood none of it. We were spoken to like we should know everything!! If we knew everything, we wouldn't have needed the call. Very disappointed,left in tears, and absolutely exhausted. Honestly, I'm broken here 😢 😭
