What a relief to know that there was help available to me and so many options discussed. Ryan and Daniel were very compassionate and understanding they made the process so quick, I told them what I wanted and what I wish to happen but their vast knowledge gave me a better option. The worst company ever. 3 years they full me and always asked more and more money . My debit was 4000 they took from me over 7000 pounds . Don’t ever ho for Money plus advice. You put yourself in more debits ever

I had made a bit of a mistake whilst filling in my annual review. I phoned to explain my mistake and firstly spoke to (I think) Tony. I was as always greeted with a warm and kindly manner and was reassured that I would be helped. I was phoned on time the next day by Josh. I felt immediately at ease and the issue was sorted in no time. He showed such kindness, respect and professionalism. What a great ambassador for your company. Thank you Josh.

Was very understanding that I wanted to stay the same as I have been as I’ve got used to paying that amount each week and I feel comfortable with that amount and don’t feel pressured into going any higher with weekly payments she was very helpful going back through my application
Process

This service is a waste of money. You end up paying almost 50% of your monthly payments to money plus, when 100% of that payment could go to your creditors to pay off more of your debt. I just got in touch with all of them myself individually and set up a direct debit, and increasing each payment by 50% per month from the money i saved from paying Money Plus each month. Had i have caught on to this earlier, many of the debts would have been paid off by now. There is nothing money plus can do that you can't yourself, so save your money and put it to your debts yourself.

Incredible amount of work put in by all the people I have spoken to today to help me sort out my debts. All very friendly, understanding, polite and professional. Thank you.
