After many years of excellent service…
After many years of excellent service and prompt delivery the last two experiences have not been good,
Several phone calls which resulted in no deliveries as expected, the cost of the order was much above other suppliers £30.00 more expensive for 2 bags of dog food .
I do hope that they manage to get their house in order as a retailer myself it is sad to see what was an efficient supplier going down hill so rapidly

Total disregard of customers wishes
I received e mail stating my next order was due and and the amount would be taken from my account , I emailed the company to say I want to cancel they replied and stated that’s fine no monies would be taken.Imagine my surprise at 6am this morning stating over £30 was taken from my account in order to facilitate payment for good to be sent despite canceling the order …not to be trusted with folks bank details I issued an immediate mandate for future payments and orders to cease
