I had an issue with my order but Sam in the customer care department was fantastic. It was so nice to email a customer help centre and speak with the same person every time. He kept me updated until my issue was positively resolved. Excellent service.

Purchased a small dehumidifer from this company
On their web site site they had a section below the pictured dehumidifer entitled WHY YOU WILL love it with threee photos showing the dehumidifier with a fliter, a handle and wheels.
When the unit arrived there is NO filter, NO handle, NO wheels.
Extraodinarily misleadimg/misrepresenation
In their reply below morphy Richards said the features mentioned were not on the product page that I viewed. This is Not true. They were and I sent them photograph of this. They sent me an email admitting that the items were featured. So they are trying to wriggle out of this and that is poor reflection on this company..

I bought a heated blanket and it wasn’t working as it should it didn’t heat up at all so went through Morphy and I had to send it back and they sent out another one straight away. Not received it as yet but great customer service so far

I made an error when ordering and the order couldn't go through although PayPal had paid. I emailed the company and within 3 days it was resolved AND I had received my purchase. Amazing service especially from Jessica and Alex.

Excellent customer service. My iron stopped working so I got in touch with Morphy Richards. When I bought the iron, I registered the guarantee, therefore I was entitled to 3yrs cover.
I just had to answer few questions and send a couple of photos. Im now waiting for a new iron to arrive in the next couple of days.
This has taken just under a week to sort out. My special thanks to Jessica in customer services.

I bought a hand mixer with a 2 year guarantee advertised on the box. 14 months after purchased one of the beaters broke while beating eggs. Morphy Richards refused to provide a replacement beater, saying it is a 'consumables part' not covered by the guarantee. No spares stores had Morphy Richards replacement beaters available. In the process of complaining, they signed me up for marketing emails I did not subscribe to.
As I could not get a replacement beater, I had to buy a new mixer. Needless to say, it was not a Morphy Richards one. With a customer service and spares/sustainability policy like that, I will never buy a Morphy Richards item again.

I could just mention Morphy Richards but let's not leave out Amazon and DPD, they are all as dreadful. I am registered disable and need to keep warm. My existing room heater packed up. Went on Amazon and it said ordered a Morphy Richards Tower heater and it stated will be delivered Friday came and then they said "on the way but running late". Saturday said the same. Again because I need heat for this disability got to touch with Morphy Richards...9 times. They didn't bother to reply. Got in touch with DPD. All they did was repeat "running late" Sunday tried Morphy Richards again many times. No treply. Carreiers said the same. and Amazon just washed their hands of any responsibility. It is obvious this item is lost in the system. Do they care? Not at all. This is not Customer Service, it is totally ignoring a customer. As I said I need the heater because of my illness. So I have had tov order something else. Extra money I can ill afford. So, Morphy Richards, DPD and Amazon. Hope you are pleased with yourself. Remember those names and keep well clear.

My steam generator iron stopped working after a year and a half, having a 3 year warranty i contacted Morphy Richards UK and was lucky enough to be put with Jessica who was helpful and guided me through a simple process which allowed a replacement to be forwarded.
Communication which can be the Bane of most things when dealing with a multi national company was so easy , timescales were very quick and I can’t fault the process of dealing with Morphy Richards, my replacement is in the post.Thankyou again Jessica and Morphy Richards

I bought the Morphy Richards fastbake bread maker via Amazon. The paddle started losing its coating after the first few uses, which was concerning. I contacted their customers services team with my proof of receipt and they pretty much immediately supplied a new paddle... This time it was a golden paddle and it's been working fantastic!
The fastbake bread maker has been brilliant. I use it very regularly and I'm very happy with it.

We experienced a problem with our otherwise excellent soup maker. The Morphy Richards Customer Support Team quickly responded to our enquiries ans proposed a series of very helpful tips and suggestions. Not only did these suggestions work, the Team were highly receptive to our own ideas for clarifying the guidance given in the User Manual. At all times the tone of their communications with us was constructive, courteous and considerate. We cannot fault this excellent standard of customer support. I have the Morphy Richards SteamPro. It is an absolutely fantastic iron and enables me to get through a a huge basked of cotton bedding really quickly.
I can thoroughly recommend the iron. There was a fault with the original one I received but this was quickly resolved and a replacement sent out. I ordered mine direct from Morphy Richards and their customer service was excellent.

Ordered a couple of items direct from Morphy Richard’s, process was easy and stock was in. However the courier company-I’ll not name them-lost the original parcel! Morphy Richards were advised and couldn’t do more to track the parcel. They gave the couriers a little time to try to locate the missing items then sent me replacements which arrived yesterday . Brilliant service. Thanks.

It's been 1 month since I purchased a brand new morphy Richards oven but the glass of the oven got broke as i called the customer care they didn't respond properly they disconnected the call in the middle as his name was shakeel whom I talked And the service centre sent a old door and demanded for full money as cost of new. so solve it or I'll go further regulations.

I recently got the EverCosy Large Luxury Striped Fleece Heated Throw in Mocha from Morphy Richards, and it’s honestly one of the best home comforts I’ve ever owned. It heats up quickly, feels incredibly soft, and the mocha colour looks gorgeous draped over the sofa.
The different heat settings and timer are really easy to use, and I love that it’s machine washable too. It’s amazing how little energy it uses – less than 1p per hour! Perfect for staying cosy through the colder months without worrying about the heating bill.

Support was very good. Jessica provided advice to start with when my bread maker was not working as well as it had originally been doing. Then provided clear information on how to get a replacement and also how to recycle the old bread maker.

Unfortunately our kettle developed a fault. Luckily we had registered the appliance and extended to guarantee so we were able to get a replacement.
The process was easy, sending pictures to their customer service team and within a few days we received our new kettle. Brilliant, helpful service throughout.
