I had a very positive experience with Harry, who was professional, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout. I truly appreciated the support and attention to detail.
I also want to thank Morphy Richards for their excellent customer service. Although the kettle was over a year old and the issue was cosmetic, they kindly provided me with a replacement.

Absolutely not fit for purpose. Need to return slow cooker as too small. Took photos as requested and received email with a link to return via Yodel. Tried every single address Morphy Richards listed to return it - which took ages as there 5 of them - either did't have the facility or when the bar code scanned it wasn't recognised. Called Customer Services - extremely unhelpful - said there was nothing they can do. I emailed Morphy Richards 5 days ago and have heard absolutely nothing. So in desperation I Have tried their CS tel no again and now says temporarily not available. I have no way of contacting them, I have spent so much time and its been very stressful I am left out of pocket with a slow cooker that is no use and I can't return - obviously a problem with their bar code but I can't get hold of anyone - shocking for a company like Morphy Richards - NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE . GOOD LUCK SHOULD YOU NEED TO MAKE A RETURN.

First time I have purchased directly from their website. Dreadful experience and definitely will never do so again.
The use Evri to delivery. Wasn't delivered the first two days it was out for delivery. Then silence for 5 days with no product. There is no way to speak to anyone at Morphy Richards to discuss missing product. Emails up to 3 days to reply. Won't even look into missing items for 2 weeks in case it eventually turns up. The basically said the expected timelines you are given at the time of the purchase mean nothing.
Emails from customer services were trite, unhelpful pre scripted from overseas somewhere.i could understand delays in the busy post Black Friday weekend and wouldn't have minded if there had been any confidence about progress or communication.
I was just told we have up to 2 weeks to deliver so what's the problem. I needed the product and had nearly had to buy a second elsewhere due to just being told, 'dont worry I can see it will be delivered' with no tracking or update. It was very clear the emailer was neither responding from the UK nor had any ideas about widespread issues with Evri parcels going missing.
In response to the points below. Yes they did respond in an hour ...with a formatted email to say don't worry I can see it is being delivered. Even though I had been told for two days it is out for delivery with a time slot. It didn't turn up with no update from Evri or Morphy Richards in the 36 hours before I contacted them via email (as there is no phone contact available for them or Evri!
Don't bother purchasing from them directly, especially if you actually need the product you've bought in the time frame they say they are going to deliver it!!
The attitude from their customer services to the fact they delivered an item 6 days later than the information when I was choosing whether to purchase or not makes me wonder if I will ever purchase a Morphy Richards product again!!

Bought toaster, kettle and slow cooker from this company.
The slow cooker lid broke off after 3 months of owning the item. I asked if it was possible to have a new handle sent out/purchased if it wasn't covered by warranty.
I was then told the item wasn't covered and haven't heard anything else back from them. I will not be purchasing another product from this company and advise other to seek elsewhere for these types of products.
I have now been contacted and was told the part I require is no longer in stock. I was given a link to other suppliers that may have the part I need but again they are all out of stock. I can buy a new lid but when putting my model number in it tells me none of the items cross over to the listed lids that are available. Seems rather difficult for no reasons and my review will stand as is.
