Excellent and prompt response from the team at MR especially Jessica & Sam who offered a speedy resolution to my issue with a faulty steam iron.
A replacement iron has been offered or a refund. I took the iron as apart from the problem I was having I loved the iron when it worked properly. Thank you

I was able to explain what happened with my Mum’s faulty bread maker and Jessica at Morphy Richard’s was very helpful and prompt with her responses, despite it being the busy Christmas period. Very happy.

Compact Soup Maker box arrived packed only in a plastic bag. Box was extensively damaged. As this was a gift, it was extremely disappointing. After several emails, I established that if I wanted a perfect box I should have shopped directly at a store (odd advice!), and that 'cosmetic box damage' can't be avoided. Eventually I was forwarded a return label, with terms and conditions stating that if box was returned damaged a refund wouldn't be given. I gave up, and gifted the damaged box, explaining and apologising for Morphy Richards shocking customer service.

My nearly 2 year old kettle started leaking and the warranty had expired with Amazon. I therefore contacted Morphy Richards, who, after an explanation of fault and some photos, said they would replace the kettle!
5 star service from a reputable company!

Top quality products at very competitive prices.
I recently needed a new coffee maker and a toaster.
I placed the order but in error did not apply "the first order" 15% discount. Jessica kindly rectified this.

I emailed with a video of a broken coffee machine and a email copy of the extended warranty. After over a week of emails back and forth, they will not accept the extended warranty that they issued themselves. They’ve offered a 30percent discount code off morphy Richards products. I would not buy their products again and will not trust an extended warranty.

Harry was very good and sent me some helpful information but it did not solve the problem and I could not find anywhere from his list that stocked the chopping blade assembly separately. However, by manually turning the blade through 90 degrees, it seems to have solved the problem, at least for now.

Unfortunately my soup maker stopped working after just over a year. Contacted the team and after sending over various pics to verify things Harry sorted a replacement. Arrived very promptly. Very impressive after sales.

This was, on the face of it, a difficult review to write because the carrier decided to delay the delivery of my parcel. I contacted Harry at Morphy Richards on two occasions to ask for his help. Needless to say I now have the parcel, thanks Harry. Harry was quick to reply and seemed to really try to help.

Great experience with Morphy Richards not much hassle to replace a faulty kettle, just a few simple questions. Harry was superb in responding considering it's the festive period he was still prompt in his response and very informative with the whole procedure. Thank you.

I would like to thank Harry from customer services for resolving an issue where the delivery firm lost my order. Harry asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to order a replacement. As this is a Xmas gift, I requested a replacement. Harry assured me that it would be delivered within three days of him placing the new order. This happened, thank you Harry.

Ordered item delivered safely and intact.
Only glitch was receiving a message the day after ordering to say the item had been delivered when it hadn’t. However my call to the company brought a rapid and reassuring reply - good customer care.

Had a problem with our existing Steam Generator whi h was still under warranty and was unable to use anymore. Contacted Jessica at Morphy Richards customer service who dealt with this issue with great empathy and extremely professional and helpful. Provided the information requested and a new device is now on its way. We have had many Morphy Richards appliances over the years and rate them very highly.
