Having been through the mill of rejection, ranging from too old to too young, lending criteria changing due to Covid 19 to being told to sell my house was my only option. I usually do my own financial work, but due to both time constraints, and in particular, the uncertain financial climate, I decided to go via a broker. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish everything went perfectly. I dealt with Neil who visited me 3 times (prior to lockdown). He gave me his recommendations and let me make informed decisions. I know you can get free mortgages on line, but to be honest this was a much better and easier experience than I have had before and worth the money for the personal service. The back up service from the office is also spot on. Good email and phone contact.
