Good service
Although it took 3 tries to get through, the advice I received was prompt and accurate. The results so far are good.

Moths appear to be gone!
Good variety of products and good advice on how to use them. Very prompt delivery. No moths yet! Wear a mask; the spray repellent gets in your throat & made me sneeze.

Usually very good but latest delivery not poor
We have purchased moth treatment from MothKiller fort a number of years and have been very happy with the products delivered. They work. We ordered our normal repeat order and it proved a bit of a disaster. One item was not included (now supplied), one item was short coded (expired only nine weeks post delivery). When I contacted them they told me it was still ok for six months after the expiry date. After some discussion they agreed to refund the out of date stock. The stinger in the tail is they I have to pay for it to be returned before they will refund my money. Not the best example of customer service!

Moth killer strips
The delivery was very prompt and the moth traps are excellent. I have used this product a number of times and it works well. This infestation is an annual event unfortunately. I will probably be ordering again next year.

Very easy to order on line and very quick delivery. The product arrived yesterday and we have just started to use it so hopefully it will work and save my rather lovely Turkish rug from being eaten.
