Really good service, work completed quicker than expected to a very high standard

I was so impressed by the service at Motofix. The quality of the repairs was excellent and they kept me up to date throughout on how things were going. All in all they were a pleasure to deal with. The courtesy car was spotless and delivered to my door. I would definitely use them again.

Thought long and hard whether to do this review but feel people should be aware of what they are letting themselves in for at Motorfix Aldershot, 1 star is extremely generous! as if I could give no stars I would.

My 2 year old car they treated like it was in the demolition derby! An easy repair, or so I thought, but honestly the worst workmanship I have ever seen in my life, no attention to detail, or quality of work, in all seriousness a 5 year old could have done a better paint job.

Not only did they bodge the repair the first time, and wasn’t anywhere near acceptable, I was told I had to give them the opportunity to put it right! What a mistake that was as instead of fixing it, bodged the repair for a second time plus caused thousands of pounds worth of additional damage on top. Some of the problem was the hideous attempt at a paint repair, if you could call it that, not only a completely different colour to the car, paint runs down every edge, overspray all over the car damaged to a panel where removed with screwdriver, paint over the doors, seats, floor and keys, paint chips taken out of other panels and door handles, misaligned doors, lumps in paint, scratches to the dash where they throw your keys from a distance etc etc etc .

I cannot recommend this garage and would suggest that if you want a decent repair then I would find another garage. In my experience they were rude, careless and ignorant.

I am so upset no only with what they have done to my car but their sheer arrogance.

But for their actions if they hadn't acted in the way they did I wouldn’t be in the position I find myself in now!

We choose Motofix High Wycombe branch based on a recommendation of a family member and they did not disappoint.
They were responsive and friendly just as much as needed without being cheesy. Showed exactly the kind of professionalism what one needs when in trouble and seeking help. Dealt with the problem exactly as we expected. No fuss, no hassle. Within a couple days the damage was gone as if never happened. Paperwork was done in a jiffy. They even offered to pick up and drop off our car free of charge, as one of their guys is living very close to us.
I most definitely recommend them.

Back in 20/06 22 I was hit by a third party in the rear left side damaging the wheel on my car. After repair. Picked the car up noticing the wheel was a different coulour. They said it was the light new wheel. Only to find days later, after being hit by a third party in the rear side damaging my wheel. they just sprayed over it. I did not notice at first. then I noticed it was a different colour from the rest of the wheels. They were putting it right by spraying all the wheels the same colour. So they took it back. Only to find when it was returned and rolled off the lorry, the wheel looked odd in its rotation.

I noted this on their feedback for, Ok the paintwork looked good at the time. Till I parked the car and saw the wheel at a different rotation. Gouges out of the rim and several counter weights on the inside. of the wheel. I e-mailed them straight back as they were to eager to close the case. NO reply I contacted my insurance and they have been contacting Enterprise which recommended it, No prevail. no, come back and I am still waiting for this bad work to be rectified.
Come on Do the job right for the cost of £3,600 it's ridiculous. A job worth doing is worth doing well. never to a bad job, I will only create more problems. Should have replaced the wheel as you said you had done. Not cover it up. Still going on now waiting for a reply and for the work to be put right!

Wether it's a regular service, sudden emergency, either body, engine of mechanical, I've always had excellent service & work carried out & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone...???

I damaged the nearside of my Lexus from front to back when hitting a concrete bollard about 3 foot high that was hidden by reeds at the side of lake.
Our insurance Company, LV, put us through to a repair Company in Cirencester of whom we had never heard of, but we know of them now, and would highly recommend Moto-Fix to anyone requiring work on the bodywork of their car. they had kept in touch with us during the repair, and when they turned up on my doorstep with my car on the 26th September you could have mistook my Lexus for a new car because they had done a brilliant job, I was absolutely delighted.

Professional & efficient. My car looks like new. It had also been washed and cleaned.

Excellent service and kept me updated on the progress of the work, having to fit a new tailgate and re sprayed the roof, only downside was that there was a lot of white dust inside which I had to hoover out, would be a good gesture to valet the car before hand back.
