Good quality product, especially for the price, and arrived promptly. Only 'criticism' (if one can call it that) was that they didn't actually send a confirmatory e-mail for the order, which I think was just an oversight on their part.

Received order in good time. All okay.

Shipping is fast, even to Germany.
Communication is slow. I am still waiting for a reply to 2 E-Mails, because the merchandise was faulty (not a defect that could be easily detected beforehand by Motoring Classics).
I like the product selection and would like to order again.

Put an order in, no reply. Tried to contact them by both email and online form. No reply. I'm now opening a PayPal refund claim. Avoid. There are so many other online stores that have very good customer service. Use one of those instead.

Advertised a product that they didn't have in stock. Didin't respond to any emails but finally managed to get hold of them by phone. 2 days later and the refund still hasn't been processed yet.

Best to deal with them on the phone as they are very helpful is this regard. Responded to query and rang back with update.

Quick delivery to the US. Product was what I expected.

I ordered a set of mirrors for my TR6. They were M68890/M68891. They sat to far forward and the right/passenger side was blocked by the windscreen. My Fault for not checking better. I then ordered MB321/MB323. The placement of the mirrors were good but the mirrors would not rotate upwards enough to be useful, I was looking at the rear tires. I tried to contact Motoring Classics by email three different times, one by their "contact us" link, and the other two at different email addresses appearing on their website. I was asking if another stem might work, if I could exchange the stems and clarification of the description of their website. After almost a week, no answer. While their mirrors are first class, customer service seems to be non-existent.

Completely non-responsive to emailed questions.

One email exchange went stale for over a year. I was dumb enough to buy another pair of mirrors last month, and haven't been able to get a tracking update despite multiple attempts to reach them.
