Girl loves it.
I bought my girl a plastic mat filled with gel, she was not impressed at all!..my friend said she bought a blanket from Mr Fluffy and was pleased with it. I ordered an XL, she's a cross between, Lab, Staffie and a pointer...its a perfect fit, she loves it, its been an absolute god send in this heat. Ive not washed it yet, but I can't see any reason why it won't wash well...I and my girl are super pleased. Delivery i think was near 2 weeks, they kept us updated on our order. Have recommended blanket to my dog friends...its excellent value for money..

Hi Sheridan,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We're thrilled to hear that your girl loves her new cooling blanket and that it's been such a help during the hot weather. It's especially great to know it was a success after she wasn't keen on a traditional gel mat. Our cooling mat works by helping dissipate body heat through its breathable fabric, rather than relying on gel, making it a comfortable option for many pets.
Thank you as well for your patience with the delivery and for recommending us to your fellow dog lovers. We truly appreciate your support!

It's an ok cool mat...just made of polyester tho...that's the cooling effect...just manmade fabric.. it's not cold...my German shepherd does sometimes lay in it...guess it's cooler than a carpet but not cold.

Hi Jackie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're glad to hear your German Shepherd does choose to lie on the cooling mat from time to time. Our cooling mat is designed to work by dissipating body heat through its breathable fabric, rather than feeling ice-cold like a refrigerated or gel-filled mat. This provides a comfortable cooling surface without the use of gels or chemicals.
We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and how we explain how they work.
Sam absolutely loves his cooling mat
Sam absolutely loves his cooling mat. Usually avoids new things and hates change (he’s15) but spends lots of time on his mat, so much so that we ordered another one to leave in the car.

We're delighted to hear that Sam took to his cooling mat so quickly, especially since he isn't usually a fan of new things. It says a lot that you ordered a second one for the car!
We hope both mats continue to keep Sam comfortable wherever he goes. Thank you for choosing MrFluffyFriend! 🐾
She loves it
She loves it. It’s lovely and soft, but thinner than I expected but it’s a great size and she has loads of room to stretch out.
Although we haven’t needed to use it as the weather has cooled, but I’m sure with another heatwave due. She will make good use of it.

We're thrilled to hear that the cooling blanket received an immediate Labrador approval. We know some dogs can be hesitant with new things, so it's wonderful that Asher felt comfortable enough to lie on it straight away.

Postage costs to Germany
The mat that I ordered was far too small to be used, so I initiated a return of the product. However, the item needs to be returned to a shipping address in Germany and returns policy states that they need a tracking number to be able to process a refund. This meant that with the postage costs and also the duty costs of £4.64 to Germany and then an additional admin fee of £1.50 its really not worth the bother sending it back as I will end up getting £4 back! Maybe this is what the company want?

Hi Jo,
We're sorry to hear that your experience with the return process has been disappointing. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
We offer a European return facility to make returns as convenient as possible for our customers. We understand, however, that return shipping costs can sometimes make the process less practical, and we're sorry that this has been your experience.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value it and will take your comments into account as we continue working to improve our return process and overall customer experience.
