Hi Nicola,
Thank you for your lovely feedback!
We're so pleased to hear you were happy with our communication. It's also great to know your dog is starting to settle on the cooling mat—some dogs just need a little time to get used to something new.
We hope he continues to enjoy it, especially during the warmer weather. Thank you for choosing MrFluffyFriend! 🐾
More a cooling cloth than mat
My cool mat arrived promptly after ordering.
I ordered XL for my dog and she has been happy to lie on it in the hot weather.
My only criticism is it is more a cooling cloth than mat, as it is quite thin. I was expecting something a little more substantial.Every time my dog gets off of it she leaves it in a heap that needs straightening out., which is not ideal if she's home alone.

Hi Jackie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback.
We're pleased to hear your cooling mat arrived promptly and that your dog has been happy to lie on it during the hot weather.
Our cooling mat is intentionally designed to be lightweight and flexible, allowing it to dissipate heat comfortably without the use of gels or bulky fillings. We appreciate your comments about the thickness and how it moves around, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback on to our product team as we continue to improve our products.
Thank you again for your support, and we hope your dog continues to enjoy staying cool. 🐾
Great product
So glad I ordered a cooling mat from mrfluffyfriends. The quality of the product is great. The ease to order on line and the quickness of delivery was good. I’ve recommended this to all my friends with fur babies.

I have no complaints about the service.....however, my Westie will not use the cool mat at all.
I have tried to coax her onto it, even put it on my bed, where she sleeps, she just avoids it unfortunately.
I am of course disappointed, it seemed to be a good solution in this hot weather.

Hi Patricia,
Thank you for your honest feedback.
We're pleased to hear you were happy with our service, although we're sorry to learn that your Westie hasn't taken to the cooling mat yet. Some dogs are naturally cautious with new items and can take a little longer to become comfortable with them.
You might like to leave the mat in one of her favourite resting spots and allow her to explore it at her own pace without any pressure. We hope that, with a little more time, she'll come to enjoy it, especially during the warmer weather.
Thank you again for giving it a try. 🐾
Great product not so much Royal Mail.
Apart from Royal Mail saying they were expecting my parcel and I checked everyday for six days before they said it would be delivered the next day, everything was great. Our Fox Red Labrador loves his cooling blanket in this hot weather, very pleased with Mr Fluffy Friend, not so much with Royal Mail.

Hi Jennifer,
Thank you for sharing your experience!
We're delighted to hear your Fox Red Labrador is loving the cooling blanket and that you're pleased with the product. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the Royal Mail tracking updates. While the carrier's tracking can sometimes take a little while to update, we're glad everything arrived safely in the end.
Thank you for choosing MrFluffyFriend, and we hope your Labrador enjoys staying cool throughout the summer! 🐾
Your fur baby will love them!
Ordered two after seeing some heartbreaking stories on social media, I too had purchased the gel type only to find them leaking with goodness knows what was inside of them. I watched my dogs (Staffie and Dachshund) in and out during the hot spells looking for somewhere to cool down so I took a chance, I am so happy I did, how they work is beyond me but they really do! Took a little time for my two to work out they were the coolest place to lay but they did and now the mats go everywhere with us! So comfortable for them and so lightweight and easy to keep clean for me! (just throw in the washing machine) Would definitely recommend giving them a go, your fur baby will definitely appreciate them! 😊😍

It really does help cool my dog down. Case in point. Last night 8th July 2026. My dog was panting in bedroom. Went and got his cool blanket. He lay on it and fell asleep it really cooled him down. Thank you Mr Fluffy Friend 😊🐾

I ordered the cool mat which arrived in 5 days. Immediately put it on the floor for my 2 dogs. I ordered the XL so they could both fit on it. They appear to like it as during the heat waves we've had they lay on it all the time. You can feel it's coolness when you put your feet on it. Highly recommend.

Easy to order
Easy to order, good delivery. I was sceptical to purchase as over the 12 years we’ve had our dog I can assure you I’ve tried them all (cool mat) would she go on them…..NO! As soon as u open my parcel you could feel how cool the mat was, great quality too. As soon as I put it on the floor she went straight on it. 100% satisfaction from Lexi. Thoroughly recommend. I wish I could show you a photo of her on the cool mat. I bought XL great for my 20kg Australian Labradoodle

These actually work
I was unsure whether these cooling beds would work but was willing to try anything. Both dogs love them and they are cool the touch. I opted for 2 x XXL but could have probably bought the XL size for my two Labradors. Recommended.
