Bike was ready on time and the Staff were very friendly and knowledgable

Purchased an E-MTB a Mondraker Crafty Carbon RR, MTB Monster were brilliant from the girls in sales to the technician who fitted the Invisiframe to the frame phoned to advise about putting different coloured stickers on the forks to make them.stand out. The bike arrived set up for my weight and well packaged I'm very pleased with MTB Monster and would definitely recommend them.

When my new bike arrived I had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. MTB Monster couldn’t have been more helpful.

The whole process of buying my bike was easy and seamless. The staff were extremely helpful when I needed to call them.
The delivery process was unproblematic: there were regular updates about when it will be delivered. It arrived on time.

What can I say other than the level of service from beginning to end, has been nothing short of amazing.

I purchased an emtb with MTB Monster through cycle to work scheme. It was competively priced, also I read some reviews which we're very positive and therefore proceeded with the purchase.

As I said, the communication, the guidance, the efficiency up to arranging the collection, was so easy for myself, which these days is rare in customer care. And also the day of collection went so smooth, the chap who went through everything with me whilst I slurpped a nice coffee they provided, all added up to a super service, with which I can only say thank you for the experience 10/10.

Changed my mind about an order and the team was on the ball sorting it out for me. I was kept updated throughout the process and the bike arrived well packed and with all needed instructions. Couldn’t be happier about price and service.

The customer service and sales process from initial enquiry, visiting to try bike in person to final sale was great. They kept me informed every step of the way and even took details to get the bike setup for me as best as possble ahead of time (fork and shock sag etc).
Everything went smoothly and on schedule. I was impressed with the knowledge and friendlieness of the staff, there was no pushy sales patter or anything like that.

Great service, great prices can't fault so far after my first E MTB bike purchase from MTB Monster 3 three months ago.
