After buying a new Transition MTB from MTB Monster last summer I've just been back for the bike to have a service and a few repairs. Fantastic service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend MTB Monster if you're looking for a new bike or after a trustworthy place to get repairs and services carried out.

Great bike at a great price. Very helpful staff.

I spotted a great deal on MTB Monster which also qualified under the Bike2Work scheme. The MTBM team took time to explain how this worked. I placed my order and had great, regular communication from them all the way through the process.
My company were very slow at processing the payment through the scheme but MTBM were always very patient and willing to help.
My new MTB was delivered all prepared with an inspection note, shock and tyre pressures highlighted.
I can't recommend them highly enough; thank you MTB Monster.

So glad I discovered MTB Monster. I’d originally gone to my local bike shop looking for previous years model that was in the sale. They basically told me it was impossible to get one and said they’d even checked with Orbea. They were intent on pushing the new full price model on me. Found these guys online and took a chance driving to Lancashire from North Wales. I was looked after by Hannah whose knowledge about the bikes and helpfulness were invaluable. Didn’t have my size in stock, but they checked with Orbea and, surprise surprise, were able to offer me the sale model, in my size and in a choice of three colours. The only issue was that it would take up to two weeks to arrive. Well, for the saving I was making I could live with that, although I still had a seed of doubt at the back of my mind. I shouldn’t have worried!! Their communication was second to none, keeping me constantly updated of the progression of the order. The bike arrived and they contacted me during the build to check body measurements and how I wanted things set. It actually arrived early. Went to pick it up in person, although they offer free delivery, and had a great hand over from one of their bike mechanics who ran through everything with me. End result, chuffed to bits with the bike and would now shop nowhere else, even though it is a hike!! Honesty is everything for me so I highly recommend MTB Monster.

My first bike order from MTB monster ( Marin rift zone e1) from putting my order in over the Easter break I was kept upto date with everything from the bike coming from supplier to MTB being built ( I was even asked what my rider weight was to set-up suspension ) I've ordered 4 new bikes online before this one and have never been asked this nice touch. Delivery was well informed and given a timeslot for the day, I would recommend MTB monster for the quality of service best prices and 0% finance. Oh and the MARIN RIFT ZONE E1 IS ONE HELL OF A BIKE.

The service I received from MTB monster was excellent.
When I was deciding which bike to buy their pre-sales gave me impartial advice based on what I was asking and what I was looking g for. They didn’t just point me to the most expensive.
I then ordered a bike on cycle to work. They made the process clear simple and easy.
The set up of the bike was checked by their mechanics and set up to my dimensions.
The delivery was communicated and delivery company even called an hour before arrival to check I was in etc.
On top of the excellent service - the bike is ace!! Would highly recommend the MTB monster team

Great experience, cheapest relative price including accessories on the internet. Had to wait while the bike was imported and prepared but, was kept informed of the progress at regular intervals. Delivery was also good and packaged well…….many thanks

Bike was ordered, assembled and delivered quickly. The bike was set up and then properly packed for shipment. Very happy with the packing. Always a worry when courier is delivering a bike but this was very well packed and protected. Couriers were great. Really happy with the whole transaction. Aime is very helpful and communication was excellent.

I knew which e-MTB bike I wanted and they had it for a great price. Their communication through the whole process was spot on, and the bike arrived well-packaged and on time.

Would normally buy from a local bike shop but gave these guys a go and they were very helpful,called in store and tried out a bike for size and was given good advice,definitely would recommend a visit and would use again 👍
