Awful
Awful - this is my second d experience with this company - first was fab - second awful fitting so messy, scratched furniture, soiled with marks, even took a chunk out of my window ledge and didn’t tell us! Complained 5 days ago and nothing resolved even though I’ve called twice a day. I’m £20k down and have a seriously sub standard product. If I could put pics on here I would - please let me know how as people need to see this. Court is next.

From the design - with the help of Steve -, Adnan’s huge help (surveyor who made sure the plan was accurate and perfect) to Rob’s immaculate work to fit the wardrobe, everything was very impressive and professional. I can only say that if you are thinking of a fitted wardrobe, use these guys! It comes at a price, but worth every penny for a long-lasting, beautiful wardrobe.

Fabulous fitted wardrobes…
I was very happy with the experience from the beginning when Dean came to show me samples of the doors and finishes on offer. He measured and gave me a price which was more or less what I expected. The surveyor came out and rechecked the measurements at a cost of £100 which I paid on the day. I was given a date for installation which was sooner than I expected. Zain delivered the components on the morning of installation and was friendly and efficient. The fitter Gareth worked very hard for 2 days installing the wardrobes. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with my wardrobes which included some surprises like inside the solid doors I have two full length mirrors. Great to see the front and back of my clothes. Overall I am completely happy with the service. The only negative is that I had to get rid of the cut offs and waste I think for the price I paid it should have been included.
