Having explored a number of companies I am so thrilled we settled on ‘My Fitted Kitchen’ for our new kitchen and utility room.
The designer Neil really took the time to understand what we wanted and designed both spaces with meticulous attention to detail.
Once we had finalised the design the planning was first rate. Everything was delivered on time - the delivery team deserve a mention, they were efficient, courteous and full of praise for the company which was lovely and reassuring to hear. It’s nice to know that the kitchens are built in their factory in Oldham by people who obviously take pride in their work.
The installer Christian continued the high level of service and was a perfectionist in his work. Both of us were especially pleased with the bespoke bench / seating area he built which has completely transformed the way we use the space.
The quality of the finished kitchen / utility is really high and the end result is a kitchen based entirely around our needs.
To say we are delighted is an understatement, we would not change a thing.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am extremely satisfied with my new kitchen, the whole process from the initial planning through to the design choices offered to me by Neil the designer ensured I have a kitchen that meets all my needs.
Jamie has also been wonderful, he ensured the whole process from start to finish ran smoothly and efficiently making it a really pleasurable experience throughout.

Highly recommend My Fitted Kitchen. Visited the new, impressive Stockport showroom where I met Neil the manager who was great at helping me bring my ideas to life and come up with the perfect design. Fitters Gareth and Richard were very professional and skilled, they completed the fit very fast and efficiently. Customer service was great throughout, with Malcolm overseeing the installation, being our contact for any queries etc. Thrilled with the results, and the quality is excellent. Happy customer!

I am so impressed with my fitted kitchen starting with the great design from Mike & then Martin the surveyor who made sure that everything was "double" & then ultimately to the excellent fitters Gareth & Richard, who were absolutely great, very professional, highly skilled & really nice guys.
The quality of the units is outstanding & at a very competitive price.

We had converted our garage into a porch and utility room and called in My Fitted kitchen to design and create the best use for a small space. I can not believe how the space was utilised. We have a corner unit that is amazing and something we would never have thought of, creating lots of storage in a small room. From point of contact to fitting we have received fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. My self and my wife called into the Stockport showroom on the A6 looking for a new kitchen.
We arranged a meeting with Neil who was polite and very professional and delivered a super design for our kitchen.
We never thought we could have what we were hoping for until Neil made our thoughts come to life with a visual design,which created a amazing family dining area. Following on us placing a order we had a surveyor out to confirm all our measurements. Our kitchen arrived in perfect condition and was unloaded swiftly and stored carefully.
The fitters Mick and Dave were great. They kept us up to speed with the process of the fitting.
Neil was always on hand with any advice we required. He project managed our kitchen which enabled us to concentrate on the building work.
We would recommend My Fiited Kitchen to friends and family, they made our dream kitchen a reality.
its not often i write a review but building a house can be stressful but it is so refreshing to know you have allocated professionals to do the the job who were clean on time and had knowledge of exactly what to do. sone of my walls were uneven and they overcame them issues to give it my kitchen and even perfect look.

During recent extension works on our property the building contractor recommended My Fitted Kitchen as his previous client had used them and he was very impressed with the quality of the installation - as our contractor was a first class tradesman I was happy to trust him on this.
From the initial design consultation to the final layout Anthony was totally professional and very creative with the kitchen which we planned to be the central living space of our home. Despite slight worries over the size of the project the attention to detail gave us total confidence with the final plan.
Communication leading up to the build was excellent and we were kept constantly up to date with the process.
Despite having seen part of our kitchen units in the Stockport showroom we were still blown away by the quality once the installation started.
Special mention needs to go to Mike (fitter) and Martin (quartz worktops) who were exceptional. Both were extremely professional and friendly, basically got in and did the job with no fuss and the the standard of workmanship was first class. The plumber and flooring contractor who followed them both commented on the standard of the work which confirmed the quality and
We would not hesitate to recommend My Fitted Kitchen and are so glad we were pointed in the right direction by an experienced and trusted tradesman.

Firstly the positives.

The design process and consultation was excellent and ensured that I had the kitchen planned that met (and exceeded) my expectations and my requirements.

The installation date was planned, and although I had to wait quite a while for this I was fine with that and the installation was completed on time.

I was pleased with the installation of the kitchen and the finished product overall but there were a few small snagging issues.

This is where the problems have begun with MyFittedKitchen.

There were three things left outstanding at the end of the installation.
1. The taps were not correct and needed changing
2. An end piece for a unit had not been delivered and needed to be ordered and fitted.
3. The electrical safety check had not been completed.

I was assured that it would not be a problem to have the outstanding items completed and that MyFitted Kitchen would be in contact very soon to arrange this.

Electrical Safety Check
I received a phone call from the electrician to say that they were at my home to complete the checks. I had not been informed of them coming to my house that day and I was at work and unable to get back home. An appointment was rearranged and after waiting over four hours for him to attend I was able to contact the electrician to be told that he had been sent to another job and that I should have been informed of this. To date (five months after installation) I have had no contact regarding the rearranging of the electrical inspection. Whilst I have no reason to believe that the electrical work was not completed to a good standard, this has not been certified and there is the chance that there could be a problem with the installation that I am not aware of.

With regards to the taps and missing piece for the end unit, I contacted the showroom on several occasions and was informed that they would contact the fitter and arrange for him to come and fit these and apologised that this had not taken place. Despite several phone calls and several promises I still did not receive either a visit or any communication.

At the beginning of September I escalated my concerns and spoke to Steve Brock who again apologised for the inconvenience and that this work had not been completed. He informed me that the fitter was on holiday that week, but following his return he would speak to him and arrange a firm date for the work to be completed.

AT the end of September I had heard nothing from the company and again contacted Steve. I was told that he was having difficulty in contacting the fitter but that the matter would be resolved at the latest by week beginning 23rd October (I had stated that this was the only time I was available to be at home.

This date came and still no contact from Steve or the company. I received an email from Steve on the 30th October (after several attempts to contact him by phone and email) stating that he again apologised and would contact me by telephone on 2nd November. Despite further emails and telephone calls I have still received no response.

It is really disappointing for me to have to write this review. As I stated at the beginning I was very pleased with the initial service and the initial installation but I have found their follow up work and customer service to be extremely poor. I am lucky that this is only a relatively minor issue that I am having and not a significant problem with the kitchen. I hope that the matter can be resolved and I have the opportunity to be able to update my experience with the company.

We decided on having a new kitchen from My Fitted Kitchen as we have used this company twice before for fitted bedroom furniture, and once again they didn’t disappoint. From our first meeting with Neil Coote we knew we had made the right choice. Neil listened to all our requirements and took this into consideration whilst designing our kitchen. The design was well thought out and tailored to our needs. We also decided we needed additional work including plastering, electrics, and a skip hired; this was all sorted out by Neil. Our kitchen was fitted 2 weeks ago by Mick and his team and we were extremely impressed with his detail to work and standard of fitting. He was a very approachable, friendly person who dealt with any of our queries promptly. The fitters worked tirelessly every day until completion and we are extremely satisfied with the end result. Neil has since been in contact and has arranged a date to come and check the kitchen standard and quality, and to ensure we are completely satisfied. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again in the future.

When we decided to have a new kitchen we had a few quotes. We’d had wardrobes fitted In 2 of our bedrooms 8yrs ago by we fit any kitchen when they went by another name and hadn’t had any problems in that time and they still looked like new.
Neil came and listened to what me and my daughter wanted from the kitchen me because I’m disabled and her for making her specialty cakes. He came back with a design that ticked all the boxes and a price lower than some of our other quotes.
We had to put the kitchen on hold but he never put us any pressure and waited until we were ready to go ahead.
The young lads who delivered the kitchen were excellent they had to get everything up 12 steps and how they got so many appliances and units into such a small space was amazing.
Mick and Dave the fitters arrived early and worked all day with hardly any breaks and they spoke to us if they were unsure of anything.
You can tell the units are quality and will last a long time. The appliances do everything we need them to do and have a self clean setting and the dishwasher is far better than my previous dishwashers.
I would definitely recommend them .

Product - new kitchen with appliances.

This was a first for us - not knowing what to expect in terms of process, cost, and service. After a couple of visits to competitors in Manchester, we were beginning to feel overwhelmed. Stumbled across MyFittedBedroomandKitchens while going to get our 2 year old a happy meal, and though't we'd pop in initially just for a quote. The professionalism shown by the staff was impeccable, and Neil was great with our daughter, keeping her entertained. He booked us in for a home visit, arrived promptly, no fuss, friendly, never felt under pressure. Main thing was cost, the quote came in several thousands below the other showrooms we visited and the quality certainly didn't take a hit, and this allowed us to stretch on the appliances and quartz worktop which we wouldn't otherwise have been able to budget for. We were made to feel valued customers throughout the whole process. I'm not one for writing reviews, but these guys were fantastic and this extended throughout their supply chain. Thanks so much, we love the kitchen and really appreciate everything you did for us along the way. I've already recommended to my friends and family.

Neil and his team at stockport have recently completed our Kitchen and 2 Bedrooms. I was really pleased with the results. From the start we had very regular communication which made me feel a lot more reassured about the whole process. This company is the real deal and I certainly will deal with them again!

There were a few snags with the design but the designer overcame these. The kitchen itself was everything we dreamed it would be and, with any new project, always expect snags - our only snag was a delay on some doors because they were especially ordered. The installation was not only faultless but the fitter went above and beyond - Greg (Grzegorz) was simply brilliant and he made a few suggestions for us which made our kitchen even better. We originally committed to a new kitchen with a large well known company but their smallprint meant that there were many hidden 'extras' resulting in hidden costs. We agreed a price with my fitted kitchens and they delivered to that price which is important.
The kitchen is well designed and works excellently for us. As an experience the process was extremely positive with Jamie the designer involved from start to finish making several visits to ensure that our vision was being delivered. That connection with the designer was important to us and not what was offered elsewhere.
My fitted kitchens went above and beyond with upgraded appliances and even helped with an unrelated electrical issue at no cost.
They delivered an excellent result with a kitchen that works well for us.

Just had our kitchen installation completed by My Fitted Kitchens subsidiary of We Fit Any Furniture Ltd from visiting the Stockport showroom we must compliment the company on a fantastic job, the sales staff, designer,& surveyor were more than helpful with our needs and followed the job through to the end result. The kitchen units are of a far superior quality than the kitchens sold in other kitchen retailers but without a heavy price tag, Greg the fitter was first class & most helpful with any questions we asked, anybody thinking of having a new kitchen installed look no further than this company we highly recommend them.

we have had such a great experience- our kitchen is amazing, everything has been done as promised, everyone has been very professional and turned up on time (thanks Neil, Martin, Nick and the fitters!). The result is 5**** I will definitely recommend Wefit.
