Good experience for international shipping with reasonable costs. The items took just over a week to arrive to Thailand, You have to pay UK VAT and when you receive the items you request them... Ver más

MyTriathlon was created in 2008 in the early days of triathlon. Two friends who began training together at their local triathlon club went on to race a Sprint distance, followed by an Olympic distance, before finally completing an Ironman together and finishing a mere five minutes apart! Their journey took them to the committee of their local Triathlon Club in Manchester and onto the Boards of British Triathlon and Triathlon England, before they decided to launch the Tatton Park Triathlon. It was to become the third largest triathlon event in the UK, after London and Blenheim.

Waited for three weeks for the item to…

Waited for three weeks for the item to be located and shipped, with the only updates coming after I several emails. Then after it was shipped, the item was supposedly delivered, but I never actually received a package.

Hi Sam,

I do apologise that your parcel wasn't actually received! As soon as we heard about this, we passed it over to our warehouse who opened an investigation with the courier. Royal Mail does inform us that the process can take up to 4 weeks to complete.

It was actually quicker for you, with you bring refunded your full order just over 3 weeks of you informing us of the issue.

We do hope that you will consider using our services again in the future after this was resolved for you.

Hi Tom,

I do really apologise that you did not receive your order.

We had this shipped directly to you from our supplier, who informed us it was going on a 24 hour service, so when we did not hear from you, we assumed that you received the parcel since you did not contact us to inform us otherwise.

As soon as we heard from your return request that you did not receive the product, we cancelled it and issued a a refund.

We do apologise that you have been let down on this occasion, but we do urge our customers to tell us when an issue arrises so that we can ensure we action it and fix the issue as soon as possible.

If we can do anything else for you in the future, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Excellent service!

I received excellent service from this company and I am delighted with the gloves too.
I placed my order on a Friday morning and paid for fast delivery but I did not expect to receive my order until Monday or Tuesday as I live in the Highlands and the post is often slow. Imagine my surprise and delight when the gloves in the post the following day, on the Saturday! Brilliant!

27/2/26 ordered swim sleeves

27/2/26 ordered swim sleeves, item delivered 11/3. Returned immediately, needed larger size. Paid for return and postage to send new size! There are reviews on sizing issues. After many emails, some no response, was advised twice it had arrived in Spain. My last update request was 15/4 no response, the item was delivered 16/4. If there’s any chance you may need to return, buy elsewhere. Keep your sanity.

I do really apologise for your experience.

I can see that you have not provided your order number, therefore I cannot see what exactly happened here.

I can say though that we always try our best to assist our customers with shipping once we are informed about it.

We are glad that you did receive your item, even if there seemed to be a delay. As we are based in the UK, we do try our best to ship overseas as quickly as possible.
