Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years. We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee. Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect. We would love to work with you on your next project however big or small. Fitted with excelent results
They came along and fitted my awning without a hitch. Very pleasant 3 chaps. Andy, Sam and Lee. The result was very pleasant and successful. would recommend the company to anybody who is thinking about having one fitted. They left without leaving any mess, and they completed the job efficiently and in a reasonable time.

Excellent Pergola
We've just had a wonderful Savio Pergola installed by Guy & Jordan. They were hard working, polite, friendly and very tidy. Really impressed with the installation and groundwork. Couldn't be better
The whole process from the quote to the installation has felt extremely smooth. Initially, Duncan came to quote and it was evident he was looking for the best solution for my situation. A few weeks later, Rhys and his team of Dean and Luke came to instal. They were very friendly and professional - no problem was too hard for them - and all done with a smile. They came when they said they would and left the place as tidy as they found it. I have no qualms in recommending them to anybody who needs an awning.

Our new brilliant sun awning
Very pleased with my new awning. The workforce were extremely efficient and helpful, they erected the awning quickly and without fuss.
One minor problem occurred because the brackets arrived the wrong colour finish, but we accepted them and they look fine.

Nationwide Veranda…
We’ve just had a Nationwide Veranda fitted by Matt and Harry and couldn’t be happier with it.
From start to finish, they were really friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and incredibly efficient. The veranda feels really solid and well made, and the grey finish looks fantastic.
They took the time to explain everything properly, including how to use the blinds, which was really appreciated.
We’re absolutely over the moon with our new outdoor space. It’s made such a difference and gives us somewhere we can actually enjoy the garden whatever the weather. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nationwide as a company. Definitely worth every penny!

Beautiful Awning
I would highly recommend Nationwide, from David who came out to quote, Matt the surveyor, all the office staff who kept us informed all along the way and last but certainly not least, Rhys and Luke who did a fantastic job installing it, they explained everything to us each step of the way and we couldn’t be happier with the awning. NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY? BE WARNED!
NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY - BE WARNED! This company sold rather expensive garage doors to my late father about twenty years ago. Over the years there were numerous issues with the doors that he emailed them asking them to resolve. After many going to and fros from our father and rather a costly price, Nationwide finally resolved them. Now, since our father passed away in 2024, the garage doors they installed are continuing to mal function. The doors are opening randomly on their own without us pressing the remote or control button for them to open! When I called Nationwide today asking to order and pay for a service to fix the situation they told me they no longer ‘have the capacity to handle anyone who is not under warranty’. PLEASE BE WARNED that if you are no longer under warranty this company will NOT be responsive to your request for service and will apparently have ZERO availability to help you unless you have an active warranty! All those years of loyalty from our father apparently counted for nothing. Shame on you Nationwide!

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and, in particular, the frustration and upset this situation has caused following your father’s long-standing relationship with Nationwide.
We completely understand why being told we were unable to assist would have been disappointing. We are currently experiencing exceptionally high demand during the peak summer period, which has unfortunately resulted in extended waiting times for service work. For customers whose products are outside of their guarantee period, we have been advising that they may be able to get assistance sooner by contacting a local specialist who has availability to attend more quickly.
That said, we appreciate that this does not make the experience any less frustrating, particularly given your father’s history with us. We are sorry that our response left you feeling that his loyalty was not valued, and we sincerely apologise for the upset caused.

So far so good. The awning had been manufactured to the wrong size, so couldn’t be fitted, but Matt and Harry did a good efficient job with the verandah, and I look forward to seeing the completed project soon.
