Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years. We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee. Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect. We would love to work with you on your next project however big or small. Excellent showroom and service.
The showroom was well presented with the various styles on show. Our order for sun screens was fitted ahead of schedule and the team worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job was finished, demonstrating how they worked.

Good experience
Nationwide as a company gave us a great choice of fabrics for our awning. No pushy sales.
Follow up on the process was done quickly and efficiently.
On fitting the awning , which was external to a garden room, the required metalwork was neat and Jeff and Laurence were very precise and careful in cutting and removing existing paving.
Very pleased with the end results.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you feel your project has not been progressing.
To clarify the current position, your Awning was installed on 21st August. The remaining outstanding element is the bespoke aluminium infill panel required to complete the installation.
Unfortunately, when the original infill section, it was found to be slightly too small and did not meet the standard we were happy to install. We therefore arranged for this bespoke component to be remade rather than fitting something we knew was not correct.
The replacement infill is now due to arrive with us shortly and your return appointment has already been booked for 17th September to complete the outstanding works, subject to the new component passing our quality checks on arrival.
We appreciate that waiting for this final bespoke element has been frustrating, but we do want to reassure you that your project is actively being progressed and a date is already in place for completion.

Delighted with the whole experience with Nationwide for our new pergola. The whole process ran very smoothly and the team were excellent with communications throughout. The installation itself was excellent - Guy and Jordan worked non stop and were a pleasure to have around. They kept us updated, checked if we had questions throughout and made sure we were completely happy before leaving. The pergola itself is fantastic and has transformed our outdoor space! Great quality and sturdy, with an easy controller for the louvered roof.

Just had an electric awning and an electric window blind fitted by Barry & Ross. They worked quickly and did not stop even when it rained. They were good at explaining how they worked, and cleared all the rubbish up afterwards. They even washed down the windows. Excellent job.
