I just had Neatsmith install a brand new wardrobe and it was a great experience from start to finish. The wardrobe is extremely great quality, and the service of everyone from the designer to the workmen was fantastic.

Neatsmith have been a fantastic company to deal with and we are really happy with the look and quality of the furniture. We met Hannah at the showroom one Saturday and almost covered 75% of the design and selection for most of the rooms. All the ideas were flowing and samples were given. The whole project was finalised in no time and installation was stress free. Would fully recommend them.

We just had Neatsmith install a new dressing table, as always, excellent product and install service. Very efficient quoting process and the install team was excellent.

I used Neatsmith for some built in wardrobes for our newly renovated house. Outstanding service - both from the design side - providing samples for me to check colouring etc at home, also helping design the layout inside. Measuring was a simple one appointment and then the fitting was a day and a half - the fitter was very neat and tidy - keeping the area usable overnight. The quality is first class and we are delighted with how they look.

We had a fairly bespoke design idea which Sarah was fantastic in mocking up for us. Alex then perfectly and quickly built our wardrobes. Highly recommended. We are delighted with them and they were well worth the money.

I have experienced nothing but sheer professionalism from the Brentwood team of Neatsmith since the day I went in their office to the day Marco left after fitting everything. Sara was brilliant; friendly, innovative, helpful, good eye for colour matching and totally professional. Marco came to fit everything and was on time, courteous, always cleaning up and leaving the room spic and span. Lovely lovely people. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Working with NeatSmith was a great experience throughout the whole journey. After going to other popular fitters and seeing their expensive prices, Neatsmith happened to the best option and from there on, everything went very smoothly.

Adrienne who overlooked the process, was extremely professional and met my ideas for the wardrobe very well, her correspondence between me, her and other parties was not at any point misunderstood. I was so happy with the end results.

The fitter was very organised and finished the job quite quickly, it was amazing to see the quality of Neatsmith’s furniture. He ended the job perfectly and was very happy with the finished look. Despite there being issues with some of the wardrobe pieces, they quickly added and sorted it out in a short period of time, their communication was really good.

At the head office, Katie was an amazing communicator and understood when I had personal problems. Her service was really lovely and was able to get everything done efficiently.

I would definitely go back to NeatSmith for any future projects and recommend to other as well.

I could not be happier with Neatsmith’s service and the final product. I wanted fitted wardrobes in my guest bedroom and it was by chance that I came across Neatsmith.

I originally contacted other suppliers who are “well-known”, but the price that they quoted were too expensive. I saw a Neatsmith van as I was walking home one day and immediately googled them.

I went to their showroom at Hampstead and had an appointment with Marianna who was very lovely and extremely accommodating. She helped design a wardrobe to my requirements and gave suggestions. She was also transparent at the outset on the lead time to get the wardrobes fitted.

Aurelijius, the fitter, did an amazing job! He was very organised and left the room tidy at the end of the first day. Upon completion he left the room as clean (or maybe even cleaner!) as before he started.

The quality of the wardrobe is immaculate and worth every penny. I would highly recommend Neatsmith to everyone!

We are extremely pleased with the service received from Neatsmith and with the final product. Sarah from the design/showroom team was very professional and patient in designing our hallway wardrobe taking into account all our requirements. Katie from the Head Office was prompt in responding to our emails and kept us informed on how things are progressing. Olegs, the fitter, was very skilled and did a fantastic job with the installation leaving the area tidy. We were also extremely pleased that the wardrobe was completed ahead of the estimated lead time. The wardrobe looks fantastic in our hallway and we very pleased we chose Neatsmith over the other companies.

We used Neatsmith for the first time , we had a very good journey all the way through , Jacqueline was a great help on the design, we visited there Brentwood show room , which had a great choice. Katie kept us up to date on our build time and Paul was a fantastic fitter, clean worker, worked hard on our job to finish on time.

From the moment you make an appointment rather than just turn up, you realise that someone is going to be focused on you.
The surprise, is that someone will listen to what you want, rather than simply offer you, what they have to sell.
The Hatch End showroom offered us more choices than we could possibly have needed and adviser Hannah listened to our concepts, turned them into practical solutions, created computer images of our room settings, and then applied different colours and finishes for us to make our choice.

Subsequent visits to the showroom resulted in us deciding to purchase additional wardrobes because the competence and professionalism of Hannah gave us confidence that what we had chosen, would be what we would get!

The numerous design modifications were completed quickly and a realistic deadline for manufacture was set and achieved, the installation administration was professional and the physical installation from Mark and Andreii was equally impressive. They arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of each day, everything looked the way it should and functioned the way we would expect.

I have had a lovely experience using Neatsmith. Zaynah helped me from start to finish, creating a perfect wardrobe, and maximising the space I had. She coordinated with my builders, ensured everything was on time as promised, and updated me along the way, as well as having such wonderful patience to answer my million questions. I very highly recommend this company to everyone!

We spent a long time looking for fitted wardrobes for our dressing room. We compared Neatsmith to other suppliers and they were the only ones that offered the finish that we were after and also the confidence that the job would be done well.
We have not been disappointed. The design process was very efficient and the images enabled us to really understand how it was going to look.
