Horrendous company! Incredibly rude and unprofessional. tried to say i scamed them ?? don't know how as i cancelled my order before it even posted it out , and had to wait 2 weeks for my refund
Bought a pair of HKM Glasgow boots..perfect for mucky dog walks. Fantastic service from Nelson Requestion, kept me updated on my order and delivered really quickly. Highly recommended.

Horrendous company! Incredibly rude and unprofessional. They insinuated that I was lying, that I had no manners or respect and said that they didn't have time to message me because in their own exact words 'our valid customers orders are far more important'. Surely all their customers are important!!!
All of this was because a label was missing from the item that i returned that wasn't even there in the first place!
When I pointed out how rude and unprofessional they were, funnily enough I didn't get a response, although, I did get a refund. An apology would have been nice aswell.
I'm sure they'll have some nonsense reply to this review, but i still have all the messages between myself and them as proof of just how unprofessional they are.

We are sorry you were not happy with our service, however our terms as with most retailers are items to be returned unused with all tags/packaging attached and intact. As a gesture of goodwill we did refund you within 24 hours of return despite your item missing the above and being unsellable on our side. At no point did any of our messages call you a liar and after constant abrupt messages from yourself even after refund yes we did state that we would not reply any further as matter closed with goodwill gesture on our side. We apologise if you were not happy with this but we do feel we went above and beyond by refunding you when we could have refused. Kind regards
Someone from the store got back to me quickly when I queried about stock, and they sent my order out super-quick. It was well packaged and not damaged in transit and left in the 'safe' place. They had a product it is hard to get elsewhere, so I was glad to find it in their store.
