Ich bin mit meinen Pflanzen zufrieden. Covid-19-bedingt hat die Lieferung länger gedauert, aber ich habe fast parallel noch bei einem anderen Shop bestellt und da hat es genau so lange gedauert. Vielleicht könnte man das etwas besser kommunizieren, aber grundsätzlich hat es mich nicht gestört. Ist einfach im Moment so. Verpackt waren die Pflanzen sehr gut. Bei einer Calathea war ich etwas überrascht, dass sie schon ziemlich kleiner war auf dem Bild. Dafür war der Philodendron größer. Nennt man ausgleichende Gerechtigkeit. :) Ich würde wieder bestellen.

It took a month and some days before I received 1/2 of my order. Before then, I had to send an e-mail threatening to cancel my purchase to get refunded. I sent another e-mail recently asking about the rest of the order 10 days ago, and a response is still pending from their side.

The Verrucosum they sent was nice, but the timeliness & responsiveness of their business is beyond unacceptable.

Edit: It's now been 4 months since initial order, I still have not received the final half of my order. I also had to remind them to send the rest, as they surely forgot about it, implying their customer application is garbage, or they don't have one at all. Will never buy here again and would give 0 stars if I could.

Edit 2: Received my final product after 4 months after threatening to report them to the dutch authorities for fraud/scam.

Auch ich habe meine Bestellung nicht erhalten und über den Kundenservice antwortet mir niemand. Ich bin einfach nur sauer und verlange mein Geld zurrück!

Über 6 Wochen warte ich auf meine Lieferung.
Die Lieferung habe ich nun storniert und darf weitere 4 Wochen warten, bis ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.

Nie wieder!!!!!

Really terrible customer service, i ordered once and never again.

Would not recommend this business for anyone. The customer service is really terrible, they delete any comments on their facebook page that are in any way negative or question their ways of operating. They do not reply to private messages and block you in every social media if you try to ask for your order, which at this point is already 1,5 months late.

Not going to support business like this. Think twice when placing an order, customer service is bad and alltogether unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Also, the company is being very shady with their facebook page, in which they delete customers opinions written, to only get the good ones left.

Non existing customer service, plants come if they come but the plant itself might be wrong or not anymore in good shape, and they blame it on something else, like now the covid-19. Sounds not so good! If you get the right plant in a decent time, it will be though ok.

This company doesnt awnser on email, delete questions or negative experiences on their social media - INSTEAD of helping.

They try to blame the covid-situation, but it has always been like this. And it has actually gone worse as they ban/stop sending orders to customers who ask publicly in social media for their orders.

I asked from another member of the plant community about their order which was made after mine, they shipped already my friend’s order before mine - without any excuse or awnsering me.
Im not in a hurry getting my plant, but its weird that they make you pay and then you are not even sure do they have those plants in stock. I just want to understand the situation, but it is hard as my questions are being deleted.
There is many other shops like these on .nl with better awnsering rate and transparensy.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal im nelumbogarden.de Online-Shop bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Versand und vor allem mit der Verpackung und Qualität der Pflanzen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort bestellen.

My plant came in soaking wet. When i send them an email they gave me some tips, it was 't their fold they said. The plant died except for 2 little stems that stick now in water but they don 't answer annymore. The plant was 19 euro! So sad never buying here again.

Plants are great and they really have rare stuff but the customer service is really poor.... they usually don’t reply to emails and hold back orders which were paid even though the items are marked as available. :(

Bestellung wurde auch nach über einem Monat nicht versendet. Auf Anfrage hat der Verkäufer versichert die Bestellung zu versenden. Ein Versand erfolgte bis heute nicht. Nach dem in Anspruchnehmen des PayPal Käuferschutzes wurde die Bestellung wortlos storniert. Leider kein Einzelnfall - kann nur davon abraten hier zu bestellen!

My plants was crushed, couldn't get in contact with them, won't give a refund I would never order from there again.. lack to service you have to look long for

I have ordered plants from them one time in colder months and they arrived with heat pack, carefully packaged and in perfect condition. They also looked just like presented in the photos on the website (they don't use stock photos). However, shipping is pretty expensive and as far as I know there is no free shipping option if you spend certain amount on the site. I don't think there were any pests, but I would always treat plants with insecticide anyway. Variegated plant had the expected amount of variegation. I haven't had the need to contact customer sevice at any point.
I am however hesitant to order from them again because of high shipping costs and because I've heard that customer service is not great and I think this is very important when ordering from an online seller.

Rückmeldung vom Verkäufer hat etwas gedauert, was ich aufgrund der aktuellen Corona-Lage nicht überbewerten würde. Die Pflanzen kamen in hervorragendem Zustand und gut verpackt an (Heat-Pack war sogar noch leicht warm) . Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles wie beschrieben! Ich werde wieder dort bestellen! Vielen Dank!

Love the plants and the way they are packed and shipped!
Awesome quality, even while DHL took longer to deliver, everything came out of the package beautiful
Also a big fan of their use biological pest control.
Combined with the almost non use of plastics, they are also quit environmentally friendly.
Would surely order again.
Even though it might take a bit longer than some other stores.

Entgegen all der schlechten Werbung überall, waren wir sehr positiv überrascht von Nelumbogarden!

Alles sehr schön! Die Pflanzen sahen ziemlich gut aus.
Heatpack dabei, alles sorgfältig verpackt mit Kraftpapier. Sogar die Blätter wurden nochmal mit Zellstoff umwickelt. echt gut!

Der Versand hat etwas gedauert und einige Pflanzen waren etwas sehr feucht, als sie ankamen..

Insgesamt hatte ich eine sehr gute Erfahrung beim Kauf bei Nelumbo Garden.
Ich habe noch keine Erfahrung mit anderen Pflanzen-Onlineshops, daher kann ich nicht vergleichen, ob die Pflanzen immer kleiner sind als auf dem Bild. Also die Pflanzen sind eher kleiner, aber vom restlichen Aussehen sehr gut und die Erde macht auch einen guten Eindruck.
Sie wurden ordentlich verpackt und ein Heatpack war im Januar auch mit dabei.
Vorsicht: DHL unternimmt nur einen Zustellversuch bei internationalen Sendungen! Nach einem Fehler von DHL ging mein Paket wieder zurück an den Absender, aber das Problem wurde schnell mittels des Kundenservice gelöst (auf Englisch).
