I absolutely love my walking stick from Neo Walk. It makes me proud to have a walking stick rather than feel 'labeled' helpless disabled. I can express my personality rather than my disability and has allowed me to accept that I need to use a wallong stick.
I get lots of lovely compliments from people about the sticks and often opens a positive dialogue about Multiple Sclerosis which is great to educate people about as many do not understand it.
Delivery was fast, the light up stick is beautiful and helps my evening dog walks to be safer in the dark months.

This was my first order from Neo Walk. I ended up having a few small issues that the team was amazing about and helped me with. In total I ordered 5 sticks because it was the Black Friday sale and shipping to my country is extremely expensive. For some reason I was unable to check out all at once so I had to place a second order and the team was great about refunding the second shipping fee. Then after I got my sticks my torch would turn off after a few minutes even when fully charged. Today I received my replacement and without even charging it stayed on until I turned it off 30 minutes later so I’m confident it works.

Prompt delivery aand (unique and very lovely products, manufactured to a very high standard) Excellent support too when I had a question.Highly recommended.

I have purchased 2 sticks from Neo Walk. I love the unique designs and how customisable they are. Their customer service team were super helpful when I had an issue with the torch on my light up stick. They responded really quickly to my query and sent a replacement item straight away.

The cme purchased was just as pictured. Very high quality and beautiful! The delivery was very timely.
I had a few questions(about conversion rates) and customer service was very prompt in answering back.

Excellent quality and service. There was a problem with the shipping and Neowalk was great for communication, and they made sure a solution was found. Shipped to Canada.

Voucher not delivered to intended recipient as Xmas present as your system cocked up email address.
After complaint email sent to you stating AGAIN CLEARLY RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS - voucher still sent incorrectly to ME instead! :(.
Hopeless/shambolic - would never use again.
I am expecting (another) apology and explanation how this could go wrong TWICE!

I was surprised at how quickly I received my cane and the quality has been incredible!

The Nebula is absolutely beautiful and it arrived quickly. The measurements were spot on and it's lovely and comfortable to walk with.
I also own the Moulin Rouge, which is equally as stunning.
I had put off walking with a stick for far longer than I should have because of feeling so self-conscious, but Neo-Walk and their fantastic collection has made me feel much more confident and I see my stick as an accessory now, rather than something to feel embarrassed about!

I love my new stick. It is as awesome as I always thought it would be. And the customer service is amazing. My original ferrule was loose, and they sent me a replacement the next day even though it was days before Christmas. Can’t say enough about how great the experience has been.

Fantastic customer service, I had a slight problem with the torch for my cane after a quick email I received a new one the next day, I’ve had great fun showing off my fabulous cane can’t wait to buy more 😊
