We have always enjoyed professional and friendly service from all the team at the Hailsham store.
Our most recent purchase was delivered on schedule, unpacked and placed in the appropriate spot, white glove service .

Lovely Bryher garden furniture
Ordered the Bryher garden furniture from the Hailsham shop on Thursday.
It was lovely to see this on display, I liked it more each time I saw it. Katie was extremely helpful and didn’t mind that it took three visits to the shop for me to make my mind up! The garden furniture looks good quality and comfortable to sit on I’m looking forward to it’s arrival and am now deliberating about the stunning garden parasol. Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely shop, certainly worth a visit.

Beautiful showroom and wonderful staff and manager
I have recently discovered Neptune brand and am in love with the Hailsham store! Every single member of staff that I have met are so friendly and so helpful.
The manager Rebecca gave me some great advice on how to style my lounge and ordered the perfect clock into store for me and it finishes the lounge off beautifully.
I'm so happy that I have discovered this amazing brand and such a stunning local showroom. Its my new favourite place to visit!

We purchased some bedroom furniture…
We purchased some bedroom furniture from the Chichester range a while back and wanted to add to this. Their customer service is excellent, Larisa couldn’t have been more helpful, and we have found the quality of the furniture is excellent. I have also purchased “Old Chalk” paint, which is excellent quality, easy to apply and no brush marks. Would highly recommend Neptune.

Helpful service in store
Helpful service in store, very stylish product and easy to install. It was a day or two later being delivered than advised, but there was a prompt and informative response when I queried this.

Your designer Annie from Hove office…
Your designer Annie from Hove office worked well to help me get the kitchen I needed. However, the delivery of units let her down. The towel rail did not have a rail, and had to be reordered twice until one arrived. The estimate on cornice needed was wrong so I had to order another length, which took too much time.
The units chip with time and need repainting.
